Not the cheapest of pubs but the food was excellent. We were told there was an hour wait but we waited 20 mins. The only disappointment was the charged me extra for gravy when I had pie and veg. We were going toeat here, but when we were told that there was a 30 minute wait for food, we had second thoughts and walked out. THE pub was only half full and round 3pm. Brains need to get their act together.

The free breakfast was ample and very good. There was lots of free parking. However, the deal breaker for me was the dirty...

Had a weekend away with Er indoors and my family, nice friendly pub with welcoming atmosphere nice food, not the cheapest by quality is good enough to pay a little more for, starters were good value for money, mains were sizeable and very tasty, would use again without hesitation.

On paying the bill, was an extra £2 for half a pint of coke. A bit of a discussion with the staff and had the £2 removed from the bill. It was an...

We visited family in Wales and decided to eat here. My partner ordered the Asian noodle salad with "tender steak strips" which has a really good photo of the dish on the menu and my daughter had noodles with grilled chicken and I ordered the shank of lamb priced at £16.95 which is quite a lot considering its a pub....
