This small hotel is run by very welcoming hosts who are attentive to every detail. The room was exceptionally clean with a wonderful view across the bay and towards the mountains.Duvets, sheets and towels were pristine. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious, dietary requests were no problem. The hosts were helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area, facilities and attractions.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff service was really kind. They helped me to plan our mountain excursion for the next days. The price is relatively high compared to my standard. Anyway, it seems to me that prices are high in the entire zone of the south Snowdonia park. The location is very nice. The Barmouth bridge...

We stayed here for a few nights in June and found it ticked all the boxes...within an easy 5 minute walk of the train station and seafront at Fairbourne it's a great central location from which to explore the many delights of north and mid Wales...the level of service throughout our stay was excellent and there was plenty of information...

Me and my wife stayed at Einion House on our first-ever visit to Wales. We feel really lucky to have stayed there. The location is excellent, close to picturesque Barmouth and Mawddach estuary, as well as the local Fairbourne beach and blue lake. What really set the B&B apart from other B&Bs we have stayed at, was the exceptional hospitality....

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review and your very kind comments, which we both greatly appreciate. We are both glad you were able to accomplish your main goal of walking the Minffordd Path (which is the more difficult path) to the top of Cader Idris and the Pony path down to Dolgellau, as well...

Alwyn is the best (at par with Seaforth cottage- Ian Mckinnon, isle of skye) host ever. Honest opinion - This BnB is NOT in Dolgellau. Its 9 miles out on the A493 on the Southern edge of the Mawdach estuary. Basically opposite to Barmouth with the estuary in between. Let me tell you, that I thanked my stars I stayed...

Exceptionally friendly and humourous hosts who keep their environment spotlessly clean and have good knowledge of the surrounding area. The breakfasts are absolutely lovely and they cannot do enough for you such is their enthusiasm for their business and their customers. The b&b has an excellent location as it is so close for cycling or walking into Barmouth or to...

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review and your very kind comments, which we both greatly appreciate. We do hope cycling to Barmouth along the Mawddach trail, helped give you both the rest and relaxation whilst also exploring and discovering Barmouth, Fairbourne and Dolgellau and the area surrounding them. Thank you again.

Along side the main road, Einion House manages to provide a friendly welcoming environment with a professional, experienced efficiency. Alvin and David have put a lot of care into the set up of their rooms, with quality furnishings and fittings, and every amenity the traveller could need. We were lucky enough to stay in Room 2, overlooking the back yard,...
