The Old Mill Farmhouse is very easy to find and I had a warm welcome from the owners. The room I was in was comfortable and well-equipped.
Though I was travelling on foot I noted that there was ample provision for car-parking

Very welcoming accomodation. Very comfortable rooms and a good locaction for exploring North Wales. Good price as well. I will definitely be staying here again when in the area. It also have the added bonus of a magnificent train set out back.
