Myself, My two daughters my son and my young granddaughter had a really good afternoon tea. My Two year old granddaughter had her own downsized version which my daughter had preordered consisting of her favourite jam sandwiches. Excellent service throughput.

We stayed at Miskin Manor with our two children for a wedding in April. Unfortunately it was a very poor experience. The room was very dated and dirty. We noticed a few stains on the carpet but didn't think much of it as there was bits in the bed so it didn't surprise us. We didn't make any complaints at...

Afternoon tea was an anniversary gift. Food and service were excellent. Beautiful venue, grounds glorious in the sunshine. Served by Lloyd who was considerate but did not interrupt us constantly to check if ok. Let us relax and enjoy whilst still ensuring the best quality service. Thank you

My wife and I were looking forward to a night away from the children. We booked the only room available - a family suite. All was going well until 9.30 pm when the live band from the wedding party in the function room NEXT TO our family suite starting playing. This was due to go on beyond midnight. In the...

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. The food was luke warm, plates were cold and bread rolls had insects crawling over them. The waiter acknowledged the insects but handed me a roll anyway. Great, thanks. The room was spacious, bed comfy but the heating, which wasn't on, kept making a tapping noise as it went through a cycle every so...

I booked this the same day as the my stay and was given a "cottage" which is aside from the Manor House in what appears to have been an old stables block. The room was decorated to a good standard and very pleasant (although I could hear every footstep from the rooms above). The breakfasts were self serving but although...

The hotel and gardens are a lovely setting for a wedding but beware if you are staying overnight. As the hotel is a Victorian Manor House some of the bedrooms are not all on the same level, there are steps within the room. Due to being in unfamiliar surroundings, if you need to get out of bed during the night...

Stayed here on business - I regularly book the Miskin for work colleagues but hadn't stayed myself. The Gardens and approach to the hotel are really lovely, quite a surprise. Inside it's lots of wood panelling and an eclectic selection of paintings. The tiny bar adjoins the large lounge, with the dining room off that. The bar menu included the...

Booked the Garden Room for my daughter's 21st birthday party. The staff were truly outstanding ensuring that the occasion was special for my daughter. The great food and attention to detail was much appreciated by the whole family. We then enjoyed an overnight stay in beautiful accommodation to round off a memorable experience at a great hotel. Nothing was too...
