To start with, Clare couldn't have been more helpful or friendly on the phone when I rang up to ask to stay on a busy Saturday night with a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The area was really busy as I had rung several other places before I found this and all were busy, and many...

Great place with lots of info to explore the surroundings. Clean; fridge and kitchen available. Good drying-room. Hotel nearby for a pint or a meal. Beautiful sunsets over even more beautiful mountains and Loch Assynt and allways deer naar the lodge.

Visited the area as a family group. The lodge is well placed between the Lochinver area, great for beaches and Ullapool. The lodge is comfortable and relaxed and to the delight of the 12 year olds we had with us now has WiFi.Claire and Duncan work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. The lodge is also dog friendly a...

A quite nice place to stay, lots of beautiful landscapes, some interesting and haunted ruins nearby, and lots of deers early in the morning. Maybe the biggest problem are midges that fly around you all the time

Visited as part of a field trip compulsory to those who study Geology at the University of Leeds. The staff at the lodge were more than happy to assist us when needed (which on the whole wasn't very often as everything was explained very clearly at the beginning of our stay in a short concise meeting). Would also like to...

During a recent 53-day hike on the Scottish National Trail I had the good fortune to spend two nights at the Inchnadamph Lodge - it was a scheduled 'day off' for me on my trek. It was all a person in my situation could ask for! The staff were excellent from the time of first contact via email from Canada...

We stayed recently on a hillwalking trip to Sutherland. Staff at the Inchnadamph Hostel are welcoming, friendly and helpful, particularly Simone. We stayed in a private room as the dorms were fully booked by a Geology party on a field trip. Our room was very pleasant and reasonably priced. Expect the hostel to be busy - this is a well-known...

Stayed recently with friends form a walking club. Ideal for this type of group, if you don't mind sharing rooms. The location is a must with the many fine hills to climb. This is an ancient landscape and the area is well worth a visit

I can only say good things about Inchnadamph Lodge. I stayed here with a group on a Geology Field Trip and everyone had a positive experience. We occupied rooms in the Lodge and the cottages – everything is clean and well maintained. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is stunning and ideal for hiking. Overall great place!
