Went for 3 course sunday lunch which was really good. Good sized portions and great service served in Lindsay room which is very grand and historic. Surrounding estate grounds are really well kept. Set in beautiful part of Fife locally known as East Neuk which has loads of small quaint fishing villages.

I booked the Lindsay room to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. It's an amazing room with lots of atmosphere. Bill's assistance and attention to detail were outstanding. The food was great and all staff helpful. We also stayed overnight .. the accommodation was just lovely and the breakfast delicious. Can't wait to return.

Over several years of holidaying at Kilconquhar it has been sad to see this once fabulous resort slip slowly and steadily into a state of decline and decay. The four bed villa we stayed in was tatty and frayed round all the edges. The furniture, fixtures and fittings all need replaced, and the lack of decent heating means the house...

Nice area around Kilconquhar with little fishing villages like Anstruther, Elie, Pittenweem, Crail and of course St Andrews was not far away. So that was nice. Kilconquhar Estate was quite tired looking. In need of refurbishment in general. Lodge large with en suites but so cold when we arrived. It did heat up quickly but paid an extra £20 on...

My in laws have had a time share here for 20 years plus but this is the first time I'd been. Very friendly staff and management. Pool, gym, tennis, badminton, gold, sauna, horse riding are just a few of the things you can do. There was no charge for most things and everything is well maintained. The food in restaurant/bar...

We stayed here last weekend from the Friday to the Monday and, for the most part, had a nice time. Unfortunately we encountered one major issue which detracted from our holiday experience and that was the fact that our family group’s two lodges were separated by virtually the length of the estate. This meant that my kids weren’t able to...

Went last Sunday for Sunday lunch as my Mum had been previously for a private party and really enjoyed. It was just sad, lazy and overpriced as an experience. Staff were inadequately trained, dining table had cracked and dirty glasses, there was no recorded of our booking and the worst was the food was from some cash and carry and was badly cooked.We...

We booked this place because it was near the restaurant we were going to later on that day and we didnt fancy driving home that evening. The satnav however did try and take us up a farm track to get to our destination so remember its the big stone entrance closer to the village that you go through to get...

The villa was 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and had large lounge and kitchen , all well equipped. The estate is calm and tranquil with well spaced villas. The children's play areas are good and the swimming pool is very good. The bistro restaurant serves good and reasonable food.
