The open gate (no doors here!) open to a nice veranda with views on the mountains. The main building is even better with views over the mountains on one side and views...

Great relaxing spot 15 mins up a very steep hill from the main road. 4 x 4 definitely needed but when you get there it is a lively little hide away. Watch a beautiful sunset and then bed down in luxury but out at one with nature. Plenty of bugs and birds forest noises to keep you company.

All previous reviews describe it well! Had a great time, very relaxing, delicious food, great scenery and well looked after. Loved being able to see a humming bird on its nest! A hire car took us there but the directions would have been easy to follow.

I have traveled all over the world and I have to say that Las Nubes was very difficult to leave. It's beautiful and peaceful, Filipe's food and company is superlative, and it offers the experience of sustainable living. Whether resting on the hammock outside the cabina, lazing in the Nirvana pool, or doing yoga on the deck, there is a...

Before deciding if you wish to spend time at Las Nubes, you have to ask yourself the question; 'what type of person am I?' If you are of the ilk that needs your creature comforts, such as air conditioning or wi-fi, or if you are afraid of insects and nature...then this isn't the place for you. You should look at...
