I was made a last minute booking here and wasn't sure what to expect. I found my room looking a bit tired but very clean. Breakfast was very good and I chatted to the owner Penny and I'm assuming her husband and they were very friendly and hospitable. The opposite of a faceless hotel if you want something different to...

We stayed one night after a wedding. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and our hosts charming g. Breakfast the following morning was superb. I also left a book which was sent back to me. We were very well looked after!

I booked into the bed and breakfast accommodation at Five Oaks Farm in early April 2014 for a two night stay while my partner and I were due to attend a wedding in Billingshurst during the first weekend in August.
