We have spent Christmas at various cottages on Town Farm for many years. This year we stayed at Old Stables. It was a large 3 bedroom cottage. It was equipped with everything you could possibly want. As our very large family visit for meals during our stay, they very kindly give us extra serving dishes, plates, cutlery and even a...

Staff super kind and everything managed with utmost care. Only 60 kilometres far away from London. Very quite (despite Lutton being not so far) to have a resting holidays but also to go shopping. Many day-trips in the surrounding area. With no doubts, we will get back soon.

Lovely cottage, bedrooms and lounge all had plenty of space and nice a toddler proof. We had our own self contained garden to play in. The local area is beautiful, chalk meadows, reservoirs, water mills and forests. We have a 1 year old, 4 year old, elderly dog and 2 grandparents, all accommodated for and had a lovely time

The free Wifi did keep dropping out during...

Stayed at the Barnyard cottage for two weeks over Christmas 2015. Finding a place that slept 6 (family of 4 + grandma + cousin) for a fair price was a challenge. Barnyard cottage was ideal. Booking experience was fine. Emails answered promptly. Cottage was warm and comfortable over winter. Good location and a shortish walk into Ivinghoe to the Pub....
