We were staying 4 nights at Gerald's. The accomodation is in a very good condition and very clean and offers enough space if you need to work remote.

The staff is extremely friendly and well informed about hiking trails, restaurants and everything you need to know.

The common kitchen is basically equipped, enough to prepare snacks, sandwiches, etc.

During our stay we had one minor issue with the shower. For us it was a bit tricky and it took a while to get hot water.
Besides everything was great and I can strictly recommend to stay at Gerald's.

We had a great experience at Gerard's Home stay apartment C2. My parents and I love the place, we truly feel the home vibes once we arrived and it's a safe environment. They provide free parking for the guest, bath heater, iron box , hair dryer and water boiler. The bathrooms are hygienic. Neat and cozy bedroom. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. Very well maintained and We felt home for the 3 days as we stayed. We would love to comeback.

Stayed a night at Gerard's Place. Note that this is shared accommodation in an apartment block and you only get the booked room to yourself, and other areas of the apartment are shared e.g. living area, kitchen, and potentially bathroom. The room we had was located down some stairs with no lift, so we had to carry our luggage. The room was clean and tidy but too small for two adults and four suitcases. Would be more suitable for backpackers or those with little luggage. We had a car, so it was easy to get around but otherwise it requires a downhill walk to get to the nearest shops.

I felt a bit violated by this place, especially after paying a 130 euro (700 ringgets) for three nights which is very much a non backpackers rate, the Heritage next door is cheaper and it looks less run down. The hotel style declared is budget, this is way out of budget for any local backpackers so I feel a little bit exploited because I though by paying extra the standard will be high which sadly wasn't the case. I am not actually sure what they are trying to achieve here, because the atmosphere is very much a guesthouse vibe, there are no facilities apart from common area with a TV and a garden. hey do not provide toiletries, the kitchen is badly equipped, there is mouldy smell in my room and there is mould in the bathroom, zero internal or external insulation (you can hear people urinate above you), there is no free fresh water, you have to pay for the bottled water and there is just nothing to do in 1km radius, you have to walk back to town. What justifies the cost???

We stayed for 3 nights at Gerard's place with Jay as a delightful host. The stay was so relaxing and spacious with a kitchen and cozy living room and even an outside terrace. Jay gave us plenty information about which trails we can do and even brought us to the busstation when we left. She definitely was the highlight of our stay!

very helpful staff, sorting out bus tickets and tours. Nice basic rooms with a common area ("living room"), clean shared bathrooms, free tea and coffee, plus breakfast (toast + jam). the only downside is that the wi-fi is only accessible in the common area, and even there it is so slow that basically useless. plus the pillows felt stuffy/fusty...

This place is located in a residential area, about 10 min from town. It is quit, has nice rooms, has a adorable terrace and all the common area's are clean.
This guesthouse is mainly managed by the son and his mother who are 2 very nice people (the son is incredible in his knowledge about soccer worldwide).
They both make you feel very much like home and there is alway time to help you out for some places of interests, help you out in any way they can and chat with you while having a coffee or tea. The have another guesthouse (father's guesthouse) close by. I definitely would go back when I would be in the area agin. From all the guesthouse I saw during the years in several continents, this one is on the top of my list.

We stayed 2 nights at this very good B&B, in a double room with bathroom. The room was furnished simply, but with a proper wardrobe and bedside tables and lights, with a big window looking out over the beautiful garden. The bathroom was rather basic (BYO toiletries) and we did have a bit of trouble with the hot water heater, but it was probably just us! As everyone else has said, Jay is a wonderful host and extremely knowledgeable about the area. She is also very thoughtful and kind, giving lifts into town and providing special extras at breakfast. On her recommendation, we went on a wonderful day trip (the mossy forest one) that we were able to book through her, so no hassle at all. Cameron Highlands is a beautiful and interesting place to visit and, as far as I could see, this is probably one of the best places to stay while there.

During our Trip through Malaysia we came to Cameron Highlands. We got a wonderfull Room in Gerards Place. Everything was excellent and we found nothing which was bad. So if you wanna stay there, go and enjoy !!!! The owners are very very friendly, and if you need something they will take care about it.
The rooms are in excellent conditions. Everything is clean.
It's a short way to the center of the little town. Just a couple minutes to walk.

Not sure about rooms. Our apartment had three bedrooms so it would’ve I think depending on family sizes. Limited chance to cook in our apartment. Microwave and kettle only. Plenty of other apartments though.

Hi there! I don't know about the one with the attached bathroom since I had the one without. I booked my stay last minute and it was about RM110 per night
