I visited Cameron Highlands in August 2015. Since I had not booked early and it was high season, there wasn't much accomodation available anymore. Based on Lonely Planet Guide this was one of the better options, and indeed the room was spacious, but also outdated with furniture that has seen better times. Bathroom was not clean, this was taken care...

That is very true but no special rate. I arrived into Tanah Rata and I kind of like this "Flat Land" literally means Tanah Rata...

We payed 75rm for a standard double room without window and were really happy with it. Clean (except from one cockroach in the bathroom), quiet, hot hot hot shower, hbo and good wifi. Jungle trails, food, fruitstall and beer right outside the door.

We were so relieved by the room, especially as the previous reviews were not good - perhaps they've upped their game here since the last reviews. We got a...

Staying in room 202, paid RM220/night for Premium Double Room, the room is spacious, but too bad our room was exactly next to the main road which is super noisy at night, the first night I couldn't even sleep well. No air-cond, so please open the windows in the toilet for some air circulation otherwise you'll be "choked" at night....

This is the worst hotel I had ever stayed in my life. I walked and book for the so called "Deluxe" room for RM180/night.The room is lack of maintenance. I m wondering whether the bed sheet is changed daily. I feel itchy while I was trying to sleep at night and I totally can't fall asleep after I found out...

Good location in central tanah rata but small room with no fridge or air con and the tv screen continually rolled and was fuzzy. No breakfast included. Nice basic room in a hotel with a lift but very over priced in comparison to other hotels.

“Room 204 was great - the TV worked and so did the shower (you have to let it run a bit for it to get hot but it does get REALLY hot!). There was lots of room to unpack and the windows face a side street and not the main street so might be a bit quieter than other rooms.”
