Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. Perfect room (clean, BIG bathroom, BIG bed,...) The staff is friendly. Breakfast is very tastefull, they have everything you want. Diner is chaos because they serve not nu table but whats the easiest. I had steak and my wife pasta. She has the pasta first and I had to wait 10 minutes. But after all they deserve 5 stars!!

Just finished a 3 days 2 nights yoga retreat at Strawberry park Resort..How was the experience.?This is the second time I am organising such a retreat at this resort and the 2nd time is more satisfying.Why? Planning of this retreat took almost a month and a half.Coordination with Puteri Sofia at the KL office was easy .She took note of my requirements and coordinated very well with the staff at the resort.Terms of payment was spelt out clearly . When the time came for the actual event everything went smoothly and even exceeded my expectations.The welcoming high tea reception was very well done.Tea,coffee,scones and cakes were served as requested.and everyone enjoyed the food and the outdoor atmosphere. The room accomodation was as expected.The room is spacious and looks very inviting.The setup of the studio room is very unique and very different from most hotel rooms.The refresh room is simple yet exudes class.I love the refresh room.The balcony is also very inviting to have a sit and have a cup of tea or coffee complimentary of the resort. The meals over the 3 days were suprisingly good.The chinese style dinner at the Lantern was thoroughly enjoyed by all.Kudos to chef Tai.Set lunch was good and chef Wan was full of surprises dishing out different desserts to our surprise.Breakfast was buffet and the spread was adequate to satisfy most pallets. We utilised the Rosalyn hall for our indoor activities and the facilities were more then adequate for our needs.For outdoor activities we utilised the Deck which is a outdoor wooden platform.The sunrise was amazing and we had a very good yoga session basking in the rays of the rising sun. We did have a outdoor session at a forest reserve very near to the resort reachable by a short drive.The sungai Pau forest reserve was full of pine trees and we had a yoga session there too breathing in all the fresh pine air. All in all the group of 22 pax enjoyed ourselves immensely and left smiling to return in the future for another adventure in the sky. Special mention for Miss Mira who coordinated our activities during our stay there.She did a fantastic job. Mr Shankar did a excellent job waiting on us during lunch and dinner.Ever willing to satisfy all requests from the diners. Puan Wati was ever so chatty and took the trouble to talk to us as she wait on us during lunch and dinner.Made us feel welcomed. Our yoga retreat wasa success .I must mention that the staff at this resort is very helpful and no request is ever too much.Just need to ask politely.…

This hotel was located quite a distance from town - on a hill. It is best to have a taxi/Grab to travel around the area. Our room was located on the lower level down the stairs. (No elevator) The room was very large - can use more lighting. We found indication of prior bedbugs in between the mattress. There was an indoor pool with adequate ventilation from the outside. Breakfast was served at the resort as there was no other restaurants nearby.

A nice hotel with an amazing bathroom. Everything you needed was present at the room. Lunch was a bit of a chaos.People who arrived later then us got their meal first and i finished my meal before my wife got hers. I ordered a cocktail before our meal but received it while we were eating. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Everything was lovely! Room was good, balcony and view(we were on top floor) were great. Breakfast was very good with excellent choice. Dinner was delicious, chef was very friendly and chatty. All the staff were delightful

Although it was a winding & uphill road getting here, we loved the cool temperatures & very fresh, clean air. And the quietness of the surroundings at this resort. It had everything except a little store - indoor pool, table tennis, bars, restaurants and a generous breakfast buffet. There are no elevators so it meant hauling baggage up/down the flights of stairs. There are also no covered walkways to the building that houses the "lobby" & restaurant/bar. But each room had a bougainvillea-decorated balcony with chairs, to enjoy the outdoors. There was a desk & personnel to assist with booking tours or transportation for the area.

This is my 2nd time here, 1st time with my friends and 2nd time with my family. Overall is I'm very satisfied. Very good place for relax with forest view. Very clean and green environment. The breakfast so delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will repeat again and again😍

Welcoming Hotel with unique dominantly British architecture surround by fresh air. Had superb location being on the top of hill and just 10 minutes away from The Centrum Mall. My family and I stayed there for 2 nights in the middle of June. Our trip was very pleasant and relaxing. All the staff went out of their way to assist, from the reception to the breakfast staff, nothing was too much trouble. The receptionist, Ms. Amalina was very kind person with sweet smile attend my check-in professionally and made everything went smooth. Super efficient checked-in. Such a great front officer to be there. We had a lovely furnished Shasta Family Suite with overlooking the courtyard’s view. Our room was super spacious with a balcony can accommodate up to 6 of us. Got very comfortable beds and some variety with the pillows also impressed. We must say the atmosphere during night was absolutely relaxing and calming. With a room as cosy and comfy as this, who would want to leave the room ? The free included, secure car parking was important to us. Very easy to find the car parking located to the lobby and our room. Mr. Fathullah also from the reception, kindly assist my request to have hotel tour on second day-stay. He was very attentive and informative staff. He brought us to each room category and explained all the hotel facilities to us. We were so impressed with him. Our room included a pleasing buffet breakfast. Breakfast was fabulously laid out with plenty to support all tastes from Western to Asian food. The good variety of fresh fruit and yoghurt supplied is quite rare in higher end hotels in Malaysia, as were the freshly baked pastries. Last but not least, I would like to thank to the gentleman Front Office Manager, Mr. Khairi that had made our holiday an awesome stay. He was the person who arranged for our stay. He always take care good of my family and took extra mile to check on us on daily basis if we need any other assistance. Such a great leader ! He also had gave us information about Cameron Highlands on great places to visit since this is our first trip to Cameron Highlands. Overall management teams should be very proud of high standards that they have worked towards obtaining at this hotel. I highly recommend this Strawberry Park Resort for anyone who would like to have a trip to Cameron Highlands. Can you imagine how this cottage on the top of the hill give you relaxing treatment of atmosphere especially on night after you had long day visit to the interesting places at Cameron Highlands ? It was truly a gem to be found in the Cameron Highlands ! I personally will bring back my family for our next time visit to Cameron Highlands. Bathroom not clean, white spots on mirror. Only 2 towels. Food at buffet was cold. Breakfast was basic. Not helpful at reception for our kids, were send away when they had a question. I do not recommend this hotel. Positive was the nice environment.
