Lovely place for children to run. Has a basketball/tennis court. Beautiful compound, quiet and secluded. Only drawback is the rule where totally no eating food on their premises, unless catering from them (at a rather pricey rate!) Having many children with us, our children tend to get hungry after play, so it's natural they snack in between. The caretaker saw the children snacking and punished us by removing all spoons/forks, and he removed complimentary hot water by removing electrical wire from dispenser. He also complained we were paying too little, when we were paying rate as stated, and our family alone comes to rm193 per night . And that too without room service, they didn't even clear garbage daily, at times no hot water in shower, no water dispenser, no eating totally on premises. So I feel the caretaker was really unreasonable and grumpy. Otherwise it'd be a lovely place.…
