The location is good and looks impressive. Interior was spacious but toilet outdated and tap was leaking. There is no air conditioning and you have to open the balcony doors and having the ceiling fan switched on. The breakfast was so so and all the foods were cold as they were being exposed at the room temperature with all doors and windows opened.

Clean room. However, the outdated and worn condition of the toilet are signs of age that was impossible to be ignore. The extremely limited space on the balcony were significant drawbacks that impacted our overall experience. It felt cramp and you can barely stand there.

Roms are very old and dated. The location is okay. You can stay if you really don't have another choice. Not recommend for 3 persons to share a room here, Just choose 2 rooms instead but for that price you can always stay at much better place than this.

It's an old hotel but well maintained. Check in & out was fast. The receptionist was very helpful & courteous. Room is spacious, beautiful & clean. All the basic needs like towels, toiletries, hair dryer, coffee & tea making facilities, safe box, room slippers were provided. Hotel was very close to all amenities like eateries, pharmacy & places of interest. Buffet breakfast was served with good spread of food. The hotel area is quiet & peaceful.

Staff is nice and the hotel is situated close to a Main Street with lots of restaurants, but also a most so it can be noisy. The breakfast is good, there are different options and an omelette station. The rooms are a little bit old, and some things are not cleaned properly. My sink had hairs and the air vent needs a cleaning. There is mold in the bathroom too but rooms don’t have ac.

The hotel is conveniently located for walking to shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous dinner at the hotel one night and we were the only ones there which was too bad. The staff in the restaurant were excellent. They were very friendly and personable and gave us good insight about the area. The buffet breakfasts were good too. The rooms need some updating. We were at the far end and had to go outside though undercover to get to our place on the second floor. No elevator there for carrying luggage. Hot water for showers was not consistent. We appreciated getting umbrellas from the front desk as they were definitely needed during our stay.

Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Spacious room. Bathtub and Wi-Fi included. My family enjoyed our 2N stay. Now we wish we have stayed longer. It’s close to town and amenities. There’s a public playground across the street. Great for young kids to expend their energy. Buffet breakfast was of limited selection. The local fares are a must try while having the buffet.

Location is very good. Bed was very comfortable, pretty hot water with good pressure in the shower. BUT.... I was called and asked if I was checking out a day early? Said I needed to call another number to book another night if I wanted to stay? After going down to the desk and showing them the booking. I was told there was an error in there system and that 2 bookings were in my name and the just needed to verify. This explanation doesn't sit well as I was not asked to verify a second booking. I travel 365/yr and people don't call you to see if your checking out and then give you an outside number to call to buy another night. Spidy-sense is smelling something unscrupulous is afoot. Sewer drains or baths had unpleasant smells to them. Very close to the mosque so bring your ear plugs and ask for a room on the other side of the building if your a light sleeper. Breakfast was decent. Maintenance is not a strong suit. There is no thermostat or remote contro; for AC but it was cool at night

the place was adequate, about one of the better ones in Cameron Highlands. there are certainly swankier/newer places but the prices may shock you. this place is close to the main road in Tanah Rata (the town before Brinchang, which is the one highest up), was built a while ago (when they still had phones in the bathrooms) but relatively well maintained. the prayers blaring from the speakers somewhere in the park across the road came right thru the balcony doors at 6 in the morning absolutely woke me up & kept me up for more than an hour so i’m not sure i’ll go back to that. more than adequate, with some indoors/sheltered so that was good if you’re driving. the inside of the fridge smelled funky, & the water coming out of the taps was a little yellow which i suppose is fine if you boil it for drinking.
