We booked on-line for 2 people, 2 rooms, one night. On arrival, we were offered two rooms WITHOUT a bathroom for MYR117. When booking, we assumed the rooms would have bathrooms. We complained and were then offered rooms WITH bathroom for MYR129 on Level 3 (other family members stayed on Level 2 in a better room). Our room on Level 3 had a double bed, a single bed and a coffee table. NO chair, NO table, NO kettle, NO cups, NO tea and/or coffee. Water pressure in bathroom very poor - if someone using a bathroom elsewhere, no water came out (those staying on Level 2 did not have this problem). Other bathrooms down the halls on Levels 2 & 3 for use by any guests, also had the same problem - the other bathroom on Level 1 was OK. WiFi also switched off at midnight (like Cinderella). We wanted to complain to a manager or supervisor but NOBDDY to take our complaints, only two staff members on duty.

Well i think "nothing special" just says everything. It is place without atmosphere (and i think when just after entering thw room yu read that they can charge yu around 5 RM for breaking the flower pot yu must ask yourself a question if it is not worthy :P) And with bathrooms which should be clenaed every day bt they are not. Bt the room we get, was all right and i think if you want to book sth in advance (i do not recommend in Cameron Highland as yu may find planty of nice places after arrival) it may be fair for the price.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed! The staff had no interest in helping us, they did the bare minimum they could, sat on their phones all day. There were VERY noisy guests literally screaming until 2am and the emergency staff room ignored everything, including our knocking on their door, there was a staff member in the room as they emerged later in the evening when we spoke to the noisy guests. In the morning we complained that nothing was dealt with and apparently the staff 'didn't hear anything' although they were on the same floor as the screaming guests and it kept us awake 2 floors below them. We were then charged a higher weekend rate which was not stated when we arrived, and then moved to a different noisier room on the road as they had double booked our room. The bathroom was dirty and only 1 or 2 on each level to share between 4 or 5 rooms, some floors only have squat toilets.
