We love this place, it’s ideally located in the centre of the village. It’s clean and very spacious, lovely comfortable huge bed, fridge in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Stayed in Eagle View it was a spacious clean and a very comfortable room. We were fine as didn’t have much luggage, but due to it being a historic building the stairs up are narrow and fairly step. So if you have mobility issues you may struggle. Good selection of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Car parking is in nearby pay and display. Make sure you get a ticket if using as the parking attendants were constantly walking around checking on the Saturday we were there. Would stay here again if in the Lymm area.

Liked · I loved the room size, decor, relaxed feeling, shower room/toilets, cleanliness, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. location & quietness. My expectations were met. Do not hesitate and visit. Support this awesome accommodation by visiting. This accommodation is nestled in a beautiful and very friendly town. I loved the peaceful atmosphere. Disliked · The stairs. Lack of lift, but understand what type of accommodation it is, so was ok about it, and knew about it before I booked. I suffer with disabilities so it was extremely difficult for me to climb the stairs, but it was well worth it. I would stay again if I could get some help getting my suitcase up the stairs. As you walk in the room to the left you will see a material type are for storage of clothing items etc. This needs to go, and be replaced by a proper sized wardrobe. This would tremendously increase the comfort of stay for customers and make them book for longer. This is just my opinion as a travelling customer using the facilities inside the room. The owners will make more money by just sticking a wardrobe there. The room is there to do it. I really loved this place. 9/10 for me and with a wardrobe I would have given it a 10/10 rating. Will definitely visit again. 1st TO POST PHOTOS LOL. AWESOME ROOM & TOWN

Had an absolutely fantastic 1 night stay prior to our early flight the next day. By far the best pre flight stay we have had. The room is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, spotless and in a fantastic location. Cheap parking 1-2 minutes away, multiple nice places to eat and drink and such friendly people in this beautiful village. 20 minute drive to Jetparks Ringway in the morning. Absolutely loved our stay & have booked for pre flight stays in June and September! Jayne and Rich were great to deal with, quick and responsive - thank you for a truly lovely stay

This place is in a very good location right in the centre of the village. There are steep, narrow stairs and no onsite parking, so it wouldn't suit the mobility-impaired or people with massive heavy suitcases, but otherwise it is a real find. It is fairly priced and popular! There's only one suggestion I would make - sachets of coffee would be great. Having stayed now in both rooms, I can verify that the comfort levels are high and both rooms are lovely rooms to stay in. The attic room is massive! It's clearly been done up recently and to a very high standard. Also, a nice and easy thermostat to operate, thankfully. A comfy bed too. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place, very clean and very spacious. The decor is lovely , a huge bed that is very comfortable. Ideally located in the centre of Lymm. Everything is within walking distance from car park , shops, pubs and deli’s. Jayne and Richard are wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary stay that extra bit special ( and thank you again ). We stayed in the saddlers view room that had everything you’d need from hair dryer to tv , coffee machine and fridge, kettle and a big bathroom with double shower. We can’t wait to come back.

The Eagle View room is the top floor room with a high vaulted ceiling creating a massive space. It’s well decorated with a super king bed, sofa bed, fridge, tea & coffee facilities, wall mounted TV with Netflix, mirrors, dressing and bedside tables, a clothes hanging area, plenty of well positioned power & USB sockets & a large shower room. Access is from the street in a parade of shops. through 2 doors both have different security coded locks and up some narrow steep stairs, it’s an old building. On your doorstep are pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and a great looking canal walk. Parking is steps away in a public car park which is chargeable. Visited for a friend’s wedding and would stay there again.

Would definitely stay here again, such a luxurious room for the price! Our room was huge with massive, extremely comfortable bed, TV, sofa, tea & coffee making facilities. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very close to parking and town centre. Excellent communications from very friendly owners. Everything contactless as they email entry info in advance but they are available if needed.
