Stayed here while attending a festival in Warrington centre. Easy to get to and from the train stations, really quick and simple checking in and out. Everything was clean, only issue is there was no hand soap. Really good value for a short stay.

Would stay again, friendly staff, great location and room was clean. Check in and out was really easy and we checked at midnight as was at a festival. Sofabed wasn't the comfiest but the main bed was.

Great stay at the Ibis. Very helpful staff at reception. Very clean and comfortable. Extremely good value for money. We will definitely be returning. Wish they had twin beds as the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable. Brilliant location and lots of services on site.

Located on a motorway park up which I never realised when I booked, £50 for hard bed not even any soap to wash and noise all night never again. If I could get refund I would , if you’re a trucker it will suit you

The room was spacious with with enough room for our dog. The bed was a comfortable large double. Location is convenient for M6 and next door to M&S food store and other outlets. Free parking included.

Easy to find, lots of parking available, good value for money. Costa Coffee, Greggs within walking distance. The computer where you register the car needs some "upgrading". Room was clean, very basic, just what I needed.

You would expect a chair to sit on to work at the desk, not a tall plastic stool. I would expect the room to be cleaned and bed remade each day.The lighting in the room was good and coukd be made very dim at night. I would have expected the receptionist to have told me about the tea and coffee arrangements on arrival.

It's a no frills room, TV, Bed, Bathroom and has everything you need for a good nights kip. The staff at reception were excellent and accommodating and there was everything you wanted either at or in a very short walk of the hotel.

Room was like a sauna, was very loud throughout the night didn't get much sleep and the bed was like a rock but on the plus side staff were very friendly and helpful. The chaotic background noise or traffic noise can't be helped I suppose as it is a services hotel.
