We made a last minute booking by phone and were offered a very good price for a twin room with breakfast. It turned out to be their last room, in an annexe which was actually a suite with kitchenette, large ground floor twin bedroom overlooking the pretty back garden so very quiet, with well appointed shower room along our private...

The owner's Mick and Jo do the small things really well. They could not have been more helpful Small touches made the stay enjoyable , the rooms are spotless, the bathroom very modern. Includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beds extremely comfortable and we experienced no problems with noise from other guests. Pre ordered breakfast was cooked really well with...

Absolutely excellent. Comfortable room & bed, outstanding cleanliness. Friendly owner, and excellent facilities ...Lovely breakfast. The Loudor is worthy of 5 stars plus. Good location about 3 miles from city centre. I had a room at the front but not disturbed by the busy road about 40 yards away. I cannot rate it highly enough, and have stayed in many...

The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to provide a travelcot for our baby. We had a great night's sleep and a delicious cooked breakfast. We will certainly be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

I've stayed at the Loudor almost 100 times in the last couple of years. For business and last summer for pleasure with the family. Mick and Jo are great. The place is well run very clean and the breakfast is amazing. Not found any negatives at all.

I love staying here. Mick and Jo are such good hosts with good senses of humour. The bed was a tad on the hard side but the room was warm. Food in the morning is the usually high standard of gastronomic delight and worth waiting for.

Stayed for one night for a business trip. Very comfortable and clean room. Ensuite with hot powerful shower. Breakfast was great and owner Jon couldn't have been more helpful. There is also a really good pub a short walk away with real ales and good food. If I am back in Lincoln I would definitely return.

One night stay here, twin room inc. breakfast. Room was nicely decorated, comfy beds, compact but well equipped en suite. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a treat, just had to fill out a card with our choices and time and leave this in the hallway in the box provided. When we sat down to eat the following morning, everything...
