Detailed Reviews
The hotel is in an amazing location, within 5 minutes of reception you can reach a tesco lotus supermarket which has everything you need. But while your in the resort you would never know its in Aonang city or outskirts of because you are completely surrounded by trees.
I got the Jacuzzi villa which looked fantastic in everyway and yes it was pretty good, the trees obstruct the view but thats fine it was private and very relaxing. Note you are truly in the jungle so bugs and wildlife are around, do not leave your things out we were warned monkeys may take it. But the room is great.
The resort is a bit large so walking to your rooms can be difficult and it is a steep uphill walk, so you need a buggy, it seemed in the hotel there was only one as most of the time we had to wait very long, the most annoying was when we wanted to go for a swim, waited over 15 minutes and no buggy called 3 times, and they said its coming in the end they said the buggy was sending people who are checking in so couldn't make it, so walked to the pool honestly faster than waiting for the buggy. The pool was great but the bathrooms were locked and no towels to be found, called reception and they said they would send the maid, 15 minutes later no one came, so just went into the pool till a gentleman arrived who was very polite and apologetic got the towels and opened the bathrooms. Again i believe staffing issue is the major issue for all these problems.
One more thing the hotel is a no alcohol facility, so while they have a pool bar there is no alcohol served, and i bought my own wine, and they have no wine glasses so they gave us Champaign glasses, and yes no wine opener either so bring this if you need it.
Also the breakfast is minimal, if you need to pay extra i would skip on this, i went down looked at the options and decided to pass, for the level of the hotel to not even have a omelet station, there is basically nothing prepared at your request.
Overall things went well minus the staffing issue, and a small glitch with the safe not working but someone came to fix it. Overall i am not sure i would come back, but i did find myself wanting to stay longer even after 3 days here. Will have to see for my next trip.

We have been in Thailand for 2 weeks staying at 4 different locations/hotels (Patong,Phi Phi, Lanta & Ao Nang). This hotel was by far the most luxurious and amazing value for money. We stayed here for 5 nights and paid the pretty much the same as what a horrible hotel on phi phi cost us for 2 nights!
Clean rooms every day, high standard of decor and air con was brilliant when it was on although you can’t leave it on while you’re out for the day as the power is attached to your room key. Not a problem, the room soon cooled down. The views from almost every room it looked like are just spectacular, it feels like you should have paid much more for what you have!
The only down side I can think of is the fact there’s no alcohol on site as it’s a Muslim run hotel. This however was no major hardship to us as the hotel’s location is perfect to get to hundreds of bars and restaurants and they do also allow you to bring your own alcohol to yo room and the pool area!
All the staff were lovely and helped as much as they could with everything! The hotel offers a shuttle bus service around the resort as it’s built into such a steep hill, there’s also a free shuttle into the town centre although we didn’t use this because tuk tuks are more fun and super cheap anyway.
Breakfast was good, I would suggest having maybe more options but I never struggled to find something I liked. The pool bar’s menu is very limited but the main restaurant by the lobby is open for lunch should you want anything more than a burger or sandwich at lunch time.
Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the best way to end our Thailand trip, total relaxation and holiday vibe as oppose to ‘travelling vibe’. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you Fiore!

Very good 4 * hotel. Very tasty, varied breakfasts. Rooms in the villas are spacious, air-conditioned, with a functional bathroom and a large terrace. Some houses on the terrace have a jacuzzi. Hotel on a large area, located on a mountain slope. A shuttle bus runs around the hotel and takes guests to restaurants and villas. Small pool, 20 sunbeds. There is an edge pool with a beautiful view of the mountains and the hotel panorama.
But...there are several things that cause the problem:
1) I paid $ 1000 for the room and the hotel service has a problem with the extra jacuzzi ball for 100 bth.
2) you have to ask for additional coffee and tea in the room in the set, which should be replenished daily.
3) for two adults, the staff gives 1 pcs of shampoo and bath gel. You know- in this climate you must take a shower several times a day.
4) one time had happened that we returned from the trip and the room was not cleaned. And it's not a problem about cleaning itself, but about the lack of towels, no shower gel. When I was calling reception, the service had asked if it is necessary...
And the best part is she told me I can buy coffee at the bar. This is a scandal! I originally rated your hotel as 5 *, but after today's incident I change the rating to 4 * This should not happen at all.

Clean (no bugs, yay)
Modern finishes
Spacious
Feels much better than a typical hotel, almost like you're staying in a rainforest
Good halal food, with good buffet selection
Room service selection cheap and tasty
I liked the fact that it was alcohol free!
Well located
Safe
We enjoyed our stay there.
One niggle: lighting at night along the walkways can be improved, however because the walkways are between chalets, I doubt they could do this without affecting the comfort of the guests. Noone wants bright lights shining into their chalet at night.

We stayed a week at this hotel. Due to covid19 situation it was super quiet oneday only 10 rooms out of 79 were occupied, which for us was great, but I do feel sorry for the locals.
We stayed in a treetop room, which was superb. There was a large bath, large shower which was powerful and very hot. Once the door was closed there was hardly a sound coming from the bathroom area.
The balcony was great to sit and watch and listen to wildlife, I saw many squirrels leaping from tree to tree I even saw 2 giant black squirrels which I have never seen before.
It is true everything is situated upon a hill, it isn't a hotel for the elderly or those with difficulty walking. There is a shuttle which you ring at certain designated places and they pick you up, we didnt wait too long.
The grounds are really well kept very pretty gardens. There is a view point too, I couldn't make it to the top as I don't like heights but my husband did, the top takes you onto a walkway over looking Aonang and Krabi, the video he took was lovely wish I had the courage.
Breakfat was plentiful, on days of low occupancy it isnt a buffet but you can choose what you would like to eat, which was fine for us, still a good sized breakfast.
There is an infinity pool overlooking the gardens, most of the time it was just us. There is a pool bar but at the moment it isn't open, no big deal for us we just used it for cover when it rained.
Our only critisim would be the rock hard beds. Maybe a matress topper would be a good idea.
We both really enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend.

That was my first visit to Thailand, the resort was outstanding on all levels, the location couldn’t be better, the food in the restaurant was outstanding super tasty thai cousine.
Also breakfast buffet was great chef was making fresh pancakes and eggs on your preferences (fried, omelette mixed with ham, veggies etc).
The room was very comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Each time they top up our soap and coffee stands.
There is a quick laundry service we received back our clothes nicely ironed, all you need to do just to leave the laundry bag at your room and fill the sheet.
The service was excellent the staff was friendly, humble and helful at all the time. The vibe at the hotel lobby was so nice, I highly recommend this resort do not hesitate!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The setting is nice. We enjoyed our massages at the pool massage huts. We were disappointed that the hot food at the pool bar was finished being served at 4pm.
The pool isn’t warm as it is shaded by the palm trees unfortunately. We stayed in a tree top villa, the air con in it was terrible. We stayed in another hotel in Krabi before this hotel and we were contemplating moving back but there was no availability. There are no mosquito nets or protection doors in the bathroom so you cannot open the windows in there. We got used to seeing creepy crawlies in our bathroom sink every day but I suppose that is to be expected given the location.
The WiFi was very hit and miss and bed was quite hard. Probably the hardest hotel mattress we’ve slept on. Strange that there was no iron in the room. The hairdryer is of a poor quality, it’s a mini hair dryer that is connected in the bathroom. The buggy service to bring you to and from your room was very efficient and the drivers were very nice. The breakfast was ok. We ate dinner in the hotel on one evening. Not nasty at all. We were the only people in the restaurant, so maybe we should have taken that as a sign. Some of the breakfast staff and pool bar staff were not friendly, they seemed like they didn’t want to be there. No alcohol is served in this hotel and this should be written on their website. We enjoyed the Ziplining on site and the staff there were great. Would not return

We spent 2 nights here towards the end of our 12 night trip to Thailand.
The other 5 hotels we stayed at were all low to medium budget so we decided to splash out on the fiore as a special treat.
We had a deluxe cottage half way up the very steep hill with nice trees and squirrels to watch from the balcony, but the cottages are quite close together and we had very little privacy from the neighbours when they were outside too. The sound of nature was spoilt by the main road very nearby, with motorbikes revving away from the traffic lights until very late at night.
The swimming pool area had amazing views and was lovely if you could get a sunbed!
One word of warning, there is a small ledge as you enter the cottage and 2 big wooden poles (to close the curtains), which hit you in the head as you step in. This caused me to drop a cup and the reception staff insisted I pay for it. They weren't interested my injury. After paying 3200 baht per night, I thought
they would have treated their guests with a bit more consideration.
Would not go back, overpriced and bad attitude.

The location is absolutely stunning, the resort is set in the beautiful jungle surrounded by nature.
When we stayed the resort was very quiet, Krabi itself was extremely quiet.
Parts of the hotel were still shut ie the pool bar and we weren’t aware that the restaurant was closed due to the pandemic prior to booking which meant we had to source food away from the hotel or by using food panda.
Which isn’t a major problem. Breakfast which was included was okay, although not loads of options, fruit wise available was watermelon and pineapple, bread and jam etc and cereal along with a few items like chicken sausages and fried eggs. No pancakes or croissants which could be a suggestion for the future.
Because of the setting I would say it’s not the friendliest if you have mobility issues, there is a shuttle bus that takes you around the resort but you can be waiting a while for this. The gardens are kept pristine and so beautiful and they also have some peacocks on the site. You can also get the shuttle down to ao nang throughout the day
It is also quite likely you will get woken up by critters, monkeys etc on the roof of your treehouse but for us this was fine.
All in all we had a good stay.

Not a perfect hotel but everything was worth the price. Humble staff with helping hands. Expect to wait for buggy service as our Villa (most of the villas) was located on the upper part of the mountain, just give them a call then service will be there in few minutes depending on the location of your villa. Resort was located next to Tesco Lotus and a few minutes drive to Aonang Beach. Breakfast has variety of choices but not so due to limited no. of rooms. Not all room has scenic view but all rooms were relaxing on it's own sorrounding and the atmosphere was nice. They provide complete set of toiletries which are not common in other hotels in Thailand 😉. Also, we loved the Garden as it promotes the Southeast Asian Countries finest attraction/culture. So much to capture if you're an IG lover. We'll surely be back here nextime!
PS. Don't forget to visit the viewpoint on the peek area of the resort.😊😊

It’s a beautiful hotel set in a lush greenery hillside with private balconies. It’s run by a friendly team, mostly women, all Muslim staff. The only difference we as westerns noticed was the absence of alcohol sold on the premises. However there are 2 stores, within easy walking distance, so local rum cocktails on our terrace, up high in the complex, waiting on the monkeys to descend became our norm. I don’t know if you would experience any problems, but would definitely recommend!
Krabi is small island and the places are not too far away a tuktuk can surely reach you anywhere.
In addition there are scooter rentals available
Hi - I wouldn't say there would be a problem plus you can fill the Jaccuzi to where ever you want. We were thete 2 weeks ago and there was a family with a small child. They were using the swimming pool.
Go to Mr Kord, he came recommended to us and was cheaper than the hotel. Down the main street on the left - you will see it.
And no hit can’t drive bikes up to your room, have to be left at reception area.
