Well what can I say. There are not many budget options on Railay beach so you'll probably find yourself booking here. The service at the front desk is average to downright rude. When initially enquiring about a taxi to leave the island (not knowing when exactly) the reception looked genuinely annoyed that I couldn't provide them with what date I...

We booked this accommodation at the last minute- and then held thumbs that it was ok. It turned out to be one of the better places we stayed at during our 4 week visit to Thailand. The room was quiet, it had a decent shower, Air con and the room was dark. The breakfast in the morning is good. I...

There are no cheap places to stay on Railay Bay anymore however, Viewpoint Bungalows are Value for money, I like B10 its quiet (mostly) at a reasonable price and for me good value is important, I stay for three months most years, Viewpoint has a nice pool is close to the Restaurants and the boat pier, has friendly staff and...

My girlfriend and I just came back from a great holiday in Krabi. We read the reviews after booking, so we knew what to expect and lo and behold it was what the previous reviews said. The rooms aren't like the photos, maybe if you were in one of the individual hut/houses, but we were put towards the back of...

We enjoyed our time at Railay Viewpoint Resort. We were after cheap & basic accomodation and that's what we got. It's not fancy and has the usual wet bathroom and hard beds that are common in budget Thailand lodgings. The buffet breakfast included with the room and was nice & tasty. While you're there, I recommend getting up early to...

I agree with the other comments. The pictures we saw was nothing like the real deal. I wouldn't say the staff were rude, but they are definitely interesting. I think the huge language barrier definitely had a role to play. There were a lot of building material lying around close to the swimming pool and in general we thought that...

This place looks far better on the outside than it does on the inside. The staff were okay, not too friendly but they got the job done. The room itself was dimly lit, the bed had a hard mattress and the bathroom was tiny. If I had to think of something positive to say, I would say that the location...

The pictures selling "our" accommodation didn't reflect the actual rooms. Don't get me wrong I don't need 5* accommodation everywhere, but honesty is the very start of this contract - if you don't get that then you've already lost trust in everything that follows :- TV didn't work, shower head could not be positioned to shower hands free and although...

On 9th Jan 2017, my team (5 people) arrived Krabi from Bangkok and took the transit by car then a boat took us to this resort, I was disappointed when the boat came to the island, the seawater is brown and muddy, so the resort's beach is not the frontside, it's just a backside of the island. The resort only...

This place was not what we expected from looking at the booking.com site. They only displayed the nice part which is small and at the fron end of the resort. The room they gave us had a bathroom with toilet and shower all in one room. No separation nothing. Having a shower was an abomination, impossible not the wet the...
