This hotel was a huge disappointment. In the photos it looks really nice but to be honest it's a complete dump! I'm not remotely fussy but when you've paid for a 'deluxe suite' with sea view you expect better than having to clean the bathroom yourself on arrival before you can use it. Broken lights, safe not working, mouldy crumbling walls on the balcony and all around the pool, a huge pile of dirty shirts at the bottom of the stairs which was there the entire time we stayed... the changing facilities by the deserted pool were utterly filthy, barely anyone else was staying at this hotel so this was inexcusable. The staff were nice although the cleaner spent 90% of her time sat in reception chatting and the other 10% cleaning the lobby, given how quiet the hotel was the poor cleanliness was really bad. No lift between our room and the pool so four flights of stairs. Beds were comfortable although it was hard to sleep with the bright lights of a sign on the adjacent building glaring through all night, some blackout blinds would easily solve this. When we told locals where we were staying they looked at us with pity, this hotel evidently has a bad reputation locally. It's as though it was left to rot during Covid and has reopened without any of the vital repairs taking place to bring it up to standard. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere better for your dream holiday in this stunning part of the world!

Me to the owner (on the phone) "I booked Superior, this is not Superior, for example; no kitchenette" Owner: "We take the kitchen out" Me: "Ojk but the pics show seating in a Superior Room, there is none" Owner: "we take seating out, seats on the balcony!" Not a clean place at all. The shower ledge was thick with grime and old soap, I will post pics. No chance of a nap during the day, the cleaners scream at each other and have family facetime. Electric went off one night and we booked in another hotel. Communal areas are tired, cluttered. Never stay here again.

The hotel is quiet and tidy. There's ample Wi-Fi, with even a degree of included breakfast if you're not to choosy (the food is fine, but not much to choose from). The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, all facilities work as they should. Overall a nice place with Ao Nang and Noparrat Tara beaches in close proximity.

From the time we step in to this hotel till we leave the experience was really wonderful. Be it the property, service, food or staff. Everything was managed very well. Two ladies in the front desk is very helpful and friendly. We drove all the way from KL and the two ladies was really helping us to secure parking. Parking space is limited as the space is shared with some other hotels. This is a boutique hotel but the room is spacious and clean, bathroom is huge, room comes with balcony . The have a swimming pool as well. The breakfast was delicious with local touch. Overall this is a great place and we are planning to come back again with our family. Some Photos taken in/from our room

Location is a few minutes walking distance from the beach entertainment and shopping area so is reasonably quiet at night. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants close by.

We booked this hotel last minute as our original hotel ended up being a nightmare. The staff were friendly and very hospitalable. We were booking night by night as our plans were very much up in the air, the staff didn't mind and were always happy to see us and even started teaching us a little more Thai. The location is perfect, off the main road so noise wasn't an issue and only a short walk to either beach which made getting around really easy. Would certainly stay again.

We had initially booked for 6 nights but extended for another 2 as we really enjoyed Krabi and were very comfortable with our room. Cons : could be noisy into the early hrs due to inconsiderate selfish guests either in next doors hotel or this one. 2 out of 8 nights we were subjected to noise until the early hours. Lack of English TV channels and in some rooms tvs not usb friendly. It is a good 10/15 mins walk to both beaches and you have to be careful as there are a lot of cars etc on a narrow road. On our first night walk there was a snake in the road. Take a torch! Could do with sunbed cushions on balcony. Breakfast starts at 07:30. Would be better starting at 07:00 for day trippers and airport needs. Small pool in between 2 buildings because it is shared with no space for sunloungers etc. Pros : well managed. Very clean. Good breakfast. Deluxe rooms have fab spacious balconies overlooking the sea and mountains. Although we did have a cold shower every night, it was still worth it. Get to see lovely sunsets. Spacious rooms. Lovely friendly Staff. AC very quiet and effective. Clean towels. Comfy beds. You don't get good value for your money here in Krabi, it is more expensive than most other places in Thailand!

We visited the place in February'19. We were 2 couples staying in 2 rooms Th location of the hotel is good..a 11 minutes walk from the main Aonang beach Market. One can easily hire bikes nearby, adjacent restaurant and massage parlours. What made our experience bad was the hotel staff behavior. They micromanaged on the level of not displacing the towels, not taking them out on beaches, non displacement of water bottles, they even charged us for a mistaken glass break immediately on reception. Although the charge seemed valid at a point but the way they asked us was rude. Also very few of them understand English and was less helpful in case you have a problem.
