Ananta Burin Resort located between the beautiful Nopparattara Beach and Aonang Beach. Only 5 minutes walk distance to Nopparattara Beach and you can enjoy your day with Ao Nang Beach that amidst the white sandy, islets, coral reefs, rock formations, limestone caves and clear waters of the Andaman Sea. The hotel has two swimming pools. The first one is suitable with guests who would like to have peaceful and quite environment. However to make your holiday extremely enjoyable, the hotel provides you the second swimming pool with a water park with two slides. The first one height is 5 meters tall; and the second one height is 8 meters tall. Lazy River Pool can give you the relaxing emotion when you are at swimming pool. Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The resort ticks almost all the boxes, good clean pools, good continental breakfast, big rooms, nice aircon but the housekeeping leaves much to be desired. We were greeted with a dirty toilet in one of the two connecting rooms when we checked in, we notified the reception immediately and were told this is not possible as every room is checked before letting in, Ya we know that, but if a guest is reporting a problem within 1 minute after checking in that means there is an issue, the lady at the reception kept saying that it is not possible, than she sent the housekeeping staff, the staff that attended was clearly very upset as if we were making up a story, all of this within 5 minutes of checking in. When we told this later to reception that this is not what we expect from a resort, the front desk staff was behaviour was - OK so what, but we got it cleaned for you. No Apology, no nothing. He mentioned that you can write a review on trip advisor so here I am writing it.... Other than that we had a pleasant stay and had no issues.

I loved staying at Ananta Burin Resort, the location is great and it is very close to the beach and places of interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very modern and spacious and had access to the pool area, they also have several plugs and usb connectors which was great as I use a lot of devices while travelling. The cleaning service was 10/10 and also, I would like to highlight the dinner service, which was magnificent. I would repeat without a doubt!

We were a group of 20 people including 10 kids of all ages. The kids just loved the Fantasy swimming pool (slides in the pool). It was great fun where there was no reason to hold the kids back and ask them not to shout etc when playing. Its a separate dedicated pool for the kids and they had a gala time.
There is also a bar at the pool which is quite nice.
We had two rooms that had access to the pool directly from the balcony and it was really great. One can literally jump into the pool from your room :).
Now let me give some more insights into the property:
1. It is located about 5/7 mins walk from Noparthara beach and about 8-10 mins walk to the Aonang beach. Noparthara beach is more for swimming and running etc as it is a long stretch of beach. On the other hand, Aonang beach stretch is more for partying, night out etc with some really good pubs and clubs to spend the night.
2. There are plenty of restaurants etc around Ananta Burin.
3. For someone craving for indian food, there is a indian restaurant just across ananta burin.
4. The rooms are really nice and spacious. You will like the rooms.
Overall, its a decent hotel with dedicated pool for kids.

We stayed 3 nights in Family Fantasy room with balcony have direct view of kids Fantacy pool. Kids enjoyed a lot on rides and pool. In night pool area gets really nice lightings. It was not that crowded so we enjoyed our relaxed stay. Customer service, cleanliness, room service everything was great. It was great to have two rooms with two bathrooms specially when you have kids over 10+. Breakfast was having very limited Vegetarian options. Great location where massage, laundry services, travel agents and lots of restaurants on a walking distance. Overall very satisfied with our stay will sure recommend and will sure come back next time.

This was our first trip to Thailand, and thanks to this hotel it will not be our last. Everything about this hotel is spot on, from our arrival to our departure we loved every minute of our stay here, all the staff are so friendly and polite and always there to help, the food in the restaurant is absolutely stunning, we used the restaurant many times and were always amazed at the service and quality of the food we received, very reasonable prices also. The two pools were excellent, as were the pool bars, great cocktails and cold beers served with a smile. Rooms are quite spacious and clean, air conditioning is a bit hard to control tho. All in all we had a fabulous time and would recommend this place to anyone, the staff here are a credit to the hotel, all their hard work is certainly paying off, keep up the good work, and we hope to see you soon.

We stayed a week in a fantasy pool access room. Loved having our own balcony that led straight into the pool. We could swim whenever we wanted! Happy hour at the pool bar is also Greta! Twice a day!
Meals at hotel were so-so. Nothing fantastic. Basic breakfast. Dinner meals ok.
Location: A bit of a walk to the main beach strip... say 10 mins. But all tours will,pick up from hotel.
Service: staff are very friendly and lovely! Will do their best to give you what you ask. Rooms serviced every other day, I think. We certainly didn’t get daily service. Only one towel per guest. We needed more! Always dealing with wet towels.
Facilities: two pools,one restaurant. The hotel is looking a bit tired. Not flashy at all. The hallways have a distinct smell of sewage. Even the room (when air con is turned on) smells like urine. But so does all of Thailand... that “trash” smell.
Enjoyed our stay.

Staff on site are lovely and do anything to help, and speak good English on reception, I found it easy to understand them. Easy to get tuk Tuks outside and easy walking distance to everywhere and quiet of a night. No one paid much attention to the rules in the handbook in the room while we were there so a couple of mornings it was frustrating being woke up by kids in the pool at 7am but it’s a kids hotel don’t go if you don’t want to be disturbed by children! We loved it the swim up fantasy pool was great with slides, if you are sun worshipers head towards the other relaxing pool to sunbath, breakfast was good, would recommend 👍

If you book directly with hotel, free stay for 2 children under 12 years but if you book via agoda and you have children above 4 years you need to pay for extra bed and joining room. Just be careful for the policy!!! Normally we come here many times with family but this trick made me decide not to come back anymore.

Walked in to this restaurant for a last minute meal with family (group of 7) and were seated right away. Staff were lovely. Initially there were multiple issues with wrong drinks being brought to our table that were meant for a table across the restaurant and then a variety of the drinks that we ordered did not arrive and we had to ask again. The staff were extremely kind and sorted this straight away but the issues didn’t end there. The food came out at very different times and some of our party had finished their meal before some had their food even arrive. One person had ordered green curry fried rice and added a Thai omelette (option on the menu). The omelette came but no rice. It then came much later. The staff really were very kind and helpful but there were so many mistakes and a number of our party were not terribly happy with the food (veggie burger was not good). Real shame as it seemed nice. Very expensive for what we got too.

We had one of the Pool Accsess roms on the quiet pool side.
There are electric outlets on both sides of the best and 3 pillows for each side. Swimming towels, bath robes, two pairs of Flip-Flops and Umbrella also in the room. Good Wi-Fi.
Breakfast was very good and great variety of Western and Thai food.
Only 15 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach and 15 minutes to the Night market. Also lot of Tuc Tuc taxi outside to take you around.
The hotel offer trips to different islands with hotel transfer included in the price and accident insurance.

Hi, i was there at this hotel during Christmas 2019.
The streets are all lit up however there was no special meals etc at Hotel.
For new year, yes there are parties and special arrangements however they differ from hotel to hotel.
The special dinner at Hotels are very expensive though.
I think your kid need to be 140cm tall and they can join the slide also they will be 3 staff at the bar and 2 staff on the slide so your family will be safe

The buffet is quite varied but it’s always worth asking the hotel directly If they can accommodate for requirements.
The options were both continental and cooked food but the food content or ingredients aren’t always displayed.
I’d contact them via the channel you booked or directly via their website.
There are more places to choose from in the Ao Nang area.
