We stayed in a Glow hotel, Ao Nang, in January 2020. The room itself was very clean what I appreciated the most and had all that you need, including shower accessorries, hair dryer, as well as kettle set with coffee and tea. The room was cleaned every day, with the change of towels and bed linens. Breakfast was good but I would suggest more stuff to clean the tables as we had to wait for available place to eat. Food was ok, nice thai specialities to try, sweet waffers, eggs in every way you like they cook for you, definitely everyone will find something. Hotel located near many shops, bars, restaurants, travel agency, pharmacy - all nearby. To Ao Nang center it's around 10 minutes walking distance, same to the beach. We had a super nice experience with this place and we wish to had the same feelings for the rest of our stay in Thailand.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Not so big hotel but spacious, nice and comfortable room with staff always smiling and courteous.
I could recommend this hotel to anyone who does not want to spend high on room rates but still want to stay in good surroundings.

Firstly this hotel is in a great location literally 2 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach and loads of massage and small restaurants around the hotel.
Good hotel for £45 a night , rooms very clean , fantastic shower , if you want a pool this hotel is not for you. From early in the morning guests put there towels down and don’t stay at the pool so you can never get a space at the pool it’s too small for the number of guests.
In saying this it is a lovely space and very clean pool - management need to monitor beds if guest don’t use remove their towels , I have seen this work at many other hotels.
Hotel is right next to Ao Nang night market which is not a noisy place at night - great place to visit each night.
For me I have stayed at numerous hotels in Ao Nang for the price and for a couple of nights this is not a bad hotel but there are better options.

Glow An Nang Krabi hotel.
Took small bus from city Krabi, run through beautify Mountain View road and sunny blue sky. One local gentleman guide us to the An Nang city from city Krabi only took 100BHT. Passed through An Nang beach side got off the Main Street, we took work about 5min. We got to Glow An Nang Krabi hotel. First we arrived, our stomach were hungry and got a small bite at Nice pool side restaurant easy foods and glass of beers make us feel in wonderful holiday time. Great service and great smile.

Overall a great stay, bed is very comfortable and it was cleaned on daily basis. Hotel was much smaller than I thought but the family room was very spacious with 2 double beds. Only downside was there is no lift to the family room that we booked and we had to climb to 4th floor each time we want to return to our room, which is quite tiring and not so convenient as I had a stroller.
Location wise is good, there is a family mart and 7/11 within 3mins walk and Aonang night market is just about 4mins walk away. Beach is about 8 mins walk and plenty of shops/restaurant nearby for food.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Glow hotel the room was perfect large tv with youtube and Netflix. A huge bed which was so comfy pillows also so comfortable. Kettle tea coffee water large hairdryer full-size shampoo and Shower gel Slippers. Room was cleaned when you wanted It We were only booked in for a week but enjoyed it do much we stayed 2 weeks. The location was also a great 15-minute walk to the night market and 5-minute walk to catch the boat to Railay Beach which is recommended and only 100b each way. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel too. I will definitely be back to stay at the Glow hotel.

There are way nicer hotels in this area for less money, the internet sucks here, the pool is full of screaming kids running around all the time ( if you’re a loud family you’ll love it here) The front desk doesn’t really help you with anything, they just shrug their shoulders and send you on your way. Breakfast isn’t that great, a lot of rude Russian people pushing me around and when I’m trying to retrieve food or coffee. The rooms don’t get cleaned very well, the furniture on the patio is all rusty, and people start loudly moving the patio furniture around WAY to early in the morning. I made the mistake of booking this place for 10 days with no option to refund because the reviews said this place was awesome and I trusted that, but everything I needed it to offer was lacking. And I wish we just stayed at the hotel we were at before up the road. So disappointing, will not be staying here again I recommend it to rude Eastern European people and loud families.

Great place to stay. Good location, right next to everything. Modern and pleasant, great swimming pool. My 10 y/o kid used the offer to take part in a free Thai box activity offered by the hotel and enjoyed it.

Firstly I would like to say that I have only been here three hours and it hasn’t been a great start . I asked for a second key as my daughter would be arriving on a later flight. I was advised that would be another 100 baht for a deposit for another key which would be refunded when returned at the end of our 6 day stay. I have never heard of such a thing but ok. I was not able to find my cash as I was checking in so the woman said it’s ok. This is where the misunderstanding starts. I thought she said you can give it to the bell hop when you are upstairs. So he took me upstairs and I gave him a tip and the 100 baht. Please keep in mind there was a language barrier so he likely just misunderstood me. All this so far is pretty understandable but this is where I have the issue. I went down to the front staff to say I paid the 100 baht but didn’t get the key. So they went through their paperwork and said it hadn’t been paid. I explained to them as I did above. In my opinion I think they should have apologized, given me the second key and quietly checked with the person who brought me up to the room if they had doubts and confront me once they actually knew. What happened was the front staff said they are going to call the woman at home who directed me earlier as she was finished her shift. They spoke to her and then told me I didn’t pay , I asked to speak to her and she advised she meant I could go upstairs and come back down and pay her. I advised her of the misunderstanding. She asked to speak to the gentleman again and then I was advised I didn’t pay it. I said to the person at the front that this has taken 20 mins of my time and it’s only 100 baht which is 4 dollars to me and that’s not even the issue for me. The issue is you didn’t believe me… lack of trust and called me out and are checking to see if I am telling the truth. So I let him know that I will pay the amount a second time and will be writing this review. He called the woman back and then said to me it’s ok, we are going to give you the key. To show him the money isn’t an issue I advised I will pay it again but will be writing this review. So to make a long review longer… I really don’t know enough about this hotel to write a proper review. This has been my first impression . To be fair this hotel is super clean and looks great. I guess we will see how the rest of the stay goes.

The hotel was very modern in a good location near the night market and within walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants.
It had all the essential facilities in room.
There is a gym but it is quite small and had seperate aerobic and weights room with limited machines, but fine for a quick workout.
The pool was lovely but quite small for the size of the hotel. Open quite late though and looks nice all lit up at night.
For the price paid would recommend and would stay again.
