The staff here is fantastic. They are very kind and very helpful. There was one staff member in the restaurant named K. Best who helped my wife and I a lot. They were kind enough to call a place for us and speak to them in Thai and translate to us what we had to do because we were confused. It was so nice of K. Best to help us this way!

I booked a normal balcony pool view double and when I got to the hotel, I was upgraded to a corner double room with views from both sides, it was really stunning. Room facilities were great, kettle for tea and coffee provided, hair dryer provided and lots of free toiletries. The bed was large and really comfortable that I didn't want to get up at all, just stay in bed and watch the views.
There is WiFi and TV but I didn't watch anything. I have no complaints at all about the room, and there was room cleaning everyday - I would advise that perhaps the sheets should have been changed at least once during my 7 night stay but this is no problem.
The pool was great too, lots of umbrellas for shade and pool bar by the pool is cool - although I didn't like the female bartender cutting the water melon without gloves on, as she was touching everything else - hygiene must be of importance.
Breakfast is ok, it has plenty to choose from fruit, to yoghurt and cooked breakfast if you want it although it is processed meat, so I didn't like it.
The coffee however is not good and the cups are far too small. Breakfast is 250THB.
The location is superb, about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Ao Nang Beach, lots of restaurants, bars and things to do.
Overall, I actually loved this hotel due to the room and I would definitely come back.
It was priced very reasonably so definitely worth it overall!
Thank you.

I visited this hotel from 4 to 7 march and was so happy with my choice.
Hotel is located a bit down from the main road which is good, because place is very quite.
The staff was very friendly and professional, with good level of english.
The room was very clean, comfortable and just perfect, with a mountain view.
Room service is very fast, dinning in the room is delicious, but slightly expensive.
The breakfast choice is nice and food is tasty.
The beach is a bit more far than i thought, around 15 min by walk, but you will walk through the streets full of nice shops and cafes,so its not big deal.
I ordered a tour from hotel to Hong Island and it was a really good choice, the company name was Wang Sai speedboat, and they pick up me on a comfortable bus till the pier place. Very recommended company for tours,i really enjoyed.
Overall, its one of the best hotel i ever been before.

This could be a good hotel but is let down by many things. We booked this hotel as the reviews were very good up to the beginning of the year. But seemingly the good reviews have dropped since then, maybe this is because of the Chinese New Year and being very busy that the hotel could not cope.
For a start the rooms are kept very clean and are equipped with everything you need however we always had to request for something that had not been replaced, although it was dealt with very quickly by informing reception. Staff could be a bit more informative about things going on in and around Krabi. Apart from the one booklet on the reception table about full day guided tours there is not any information in the hotel regarding facilities, restaurant times etc etc.
The room itself is quite spacious but there was not much storage space for clothes except for an open hanging rail. The wash basin is in the room but there is no mirror so had to shave using the mirror at the dressing table.
The public areas outside the rooms are clean but could do with some pictures on the walls and some potted plants to prevent it from looking like a cell block.
There is a good variety of food for breakfast but all what is supposed to be hot is left in warmers and is just about luke warm except for omelettes which are cooked by request. The fried eggs left on the side are cold.
I can say that the food at dinner is very good.
The swimming pool is kept very clean and has a water slide with bubbles and fountains (when working) Has a nice swim up bar but when you want service from the dry side you have to shout your request down to the staff who are about 3 metres down in a well.
The music from the bar seemed to be high base beat beat music which was the same every day. My wife complained to reception but nothing was done. After another day I went to the bar staff who I got to know quiet well and they agreed that something had gone wrong and it was then changed to some decent singing music.
Gym facilities I must say is very good.
There is a lot of development going on around this hotel so there is a lot of noise and dust when walking outside.
On the whole I think that certain staff could look a bit happier and have a smile on there face but as stated this good have been due to a busy period.
People that have left good reviews may feel I have been very critical of this hotel but I am comparing this with many hotels that I have experienced in many countries and will always give credit where it is due.
Apart from the development going on around the hotel there is nothing that cannot be put right with a decent management team.

This is a fabulous hotel. We had a huge bedroom with a mountain view , lovely comfortable beds and a great power shower. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were superb, so much selection and high quality produce. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Special shout out to Tor , Blieu
and the girl on the massage reception desk. Lovely warm happy people. We had an oil massage in the hotel and it was the best massage ever and so reasonable. Two for one cocktails during happy hour were great value and so was the evening sea food buffet . I think it was about £14 and it was worth every penny. We checked out at 12.00 and as our flight was late afternoon ,they provided a hotel bedroom for us to shower and get ready for our flight. There was some building work going on nearby but this did not bother us in the slightest. We couldn’t hear any noise at all . Honestly, book this hotel you won’t regret it!

The staff was very friendly at the front desk. They took our bags in since we were too early. There was also some refreshing welcome drinks at check-in. Additionally, they let us borrow beach towels before our room was ready. The shower water temperature and pressure was very good. We liked that the toilet and the shower were separated. Nice blackout curtains. They provided two free water bottles everyday. We had no problem getting two chairs next to each other by the pool. The resort is about a 10 min walk to the beach.
We ended up paying for the breakfast buffet when we checked-in (it's cheaper to book the breakfast option together with the room online than in person). The breakfast was great; a huge selection of Western and Thai food choices, fresh fruit, salad, pastries, hot Thai tea/coffee, made to order eggs and noodle stations. Everything tasted fresh and good! Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The fitness room at a dumbell set, two treadmills, 1 bike, 1 elliptical, 3 weight machines. The elliptical is extremely squeaky and needs to be fixed!
If you book a tour or pick up arrangements (such as ferry), the front staff helped to make sure you were picked up!
Unfortunately, there was a problem with our sink as there was a leak that caused a nasty smell in our room (room 2502). We reported it and they sent someone to fix it but the problem still continued. Thankfully, we were checking out the next day.

Free upgrade to cliff view with connecting rooms.
Love the super large King bed & mattress was just so comfy, I had trouble waking up in the mornings.
My adult family members enjoyed the slide & the pool with the bubbles. Pool towels, robes & slippers are provided for in the rooms. There is a laundry stand to dry your swimsuits in the balcony.
Breakfast was very good. Dough sticks perfectly done, chewy without being tough.
Location is a short walk to the main road. Would be great if the hotel provide free loop shuttle to & from the main road, just so we could avoid the dust from the construction site.
Thank u Sea Seeker for a pleasant & enjoyable stay!

Sea Seeker is a relatively new hotel, 15-minutes’ walk from the beach. I say “relatively new”, because even though the manager at the front desk said they just opened less than a year ago, the little things in the room like door knob and drain etc show strong signs of wear and tear. But compared with the almost blackened exterior of other older hotels on the main streets of Ao Nang Beach, this hotel is surely in better condition. The small road that leads to the hotel from the main road has constructions on both sides, with NO protection nets to prevent falling objects from hitting pedestrians, which made me very nervous every time we went out to the main street to buy food or tour tickets.
We had a standard room that seems pretty small (about 30 sq meter, or 300 sq ft, by my rough estimate). I guess you are not expected to stay in your room for long other than sleep anyways. There is a pool which is fun for kids. Be diligent about putting on sunblock though, because the pool is not shaded and thus is totally exposed in the afternoon sun.
Breakfast is overall good enough, if you don’t count the more typical western items like sausage/bacon. There are porridge, pho, fruits, pastry, and what looks like food from dinner leftovers.
