This was our second time to Thailand but first time to Krabi.

We arrived around 8pm and were greeted by the kind ladies at reception. They checked us into room 1303 which is around 2 flights of stairs up from the same building where reception is located. We had a deluxe double but if you want a fab mountain view I would recommend to pay the extra. We didn't mind as we were happy to be closer to reception. The walk to the top areas can be quite steep but I'm sure they have a buggy service for guests (best to ask if you have mobility issues or small children with buggies). The top floor restaurant is where breakfast is served and the view is amazing at sunrise. The selection of food is also great at breakfast.

Our WiFi worked fine throughout minus a small glitch which was ironed out.

The call to prayer is lovely and not disruptive at all as the mosque is closeby. There's a fab and cheap food market outside the mosque every night (must try the Thai pancake)

This is a dry hotel so it doesn't serve alcohol however there are designated smoking areas.

The hotel is around a 15 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the main strip where there are loads of restaurants and massage places. I'd recommend hiring a scooter and also getting your laundry done from one of the many vendors which is a lot cheaper then the hotel prices. They're all around 40 baht a kilo.

Hotel has parking for bikes and cars as well as complimentary water and crisps daily. We also had complimentary fruit on our first day.

They have an on site cooking class which comes highly recommended. There's also a spa however we didn't use this so cannot comment.

There are two main pools and these are clean and never too busy.

My only criticism would be cleanliness, they could be more thorough with daily room cleaning and of public areas such as the gym.

All in all a relaxing trip. Thank you to all kind staff for a wonderful stay. Kap kun kah!

This is a very quiet property a short uphill walk from the main street in Ao Nang, about a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. We were in a room in the larger building on property overlooking one of three pools, The room was spacious and comfortable with a large balcony looking over the pool and gardens. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and there is a lounging couch both in the room and on the balcony. We are light eaters and shared a dinner at their restaurant on the first night and found it ample and delicious. The breakfasts were great with lots of offerings of food and beverage. We found the staff very friendly and helpful in our arrival/ departure and for making plans in the area. They have a free shuttle that will take you to the beach and back if you don't want to walk. They also have an electric cart that can take you and your luggage to your building and back to the office as there are a lot of stairs between the office and upper building. Please note that as a Muslim owned hotel, there are no alcoholic beverages served on site. We asked if we could bring our own beer or wine on the property and the staff indicated that would not be a problem (so we did without incident). The internet was a little frustrating in speed and in the need to sign in each time we used it but it was available and it worked OK! (Internet services throughout hotels in SE Asia can be highly variable from time to time and place to place.) There is a Mosque nearby and we did not find the Call to Prayers disruptive. With the sliding door closed, one could hardly hear it, and with the door open, the muezzin's Call to Prayer added an interesting flavor and positive/memorable aspect to our stay in Ao Nang.

We booked the mountain view room, where you can see the sun rise over the mountain if you rise early enough. It was a good size with an excellent shower and separate bath. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach or longtail ferries (if you ask to be dropped off there) on the hour until 10pm each day, they return 5 past the hour. There is also a buggy that the conscierge will drive you up to your hotel block, as there were a few steps to get to our block. Its not far and the steps are in stages, but the heat can take it out of you at the end of the day.

Good buffet choices for breakfast, and everything was topped up regularly, lovely views if you sit outside.

The staff are a credit to this hotel, so friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay here again if we ever returned.

Tip - book taxi to airport from the travel agent just down the road from the hotel 500 bahts, hotel wanted 800 bahts. They arrived on time and the car was clean and smelt nice.

It was the 2 worst days of my vacation this year, I went with my husband and my 6 month old baby, the hotel is almost empty, we met 2-3 clients I think.
for the breakfast, supposed to be buffet, but with covid is a la carte, the American breakfast is a disaster, toast with omlette, cold cuts and butter, orange juice is not fresh, no fruit, no pastry, no pancake .. Otherwise, the water is very cold in the room to take a good shower, the cot bed was given for my baby did not contain the mattress, only wood, so I had to make him sleep with us on our bed.
The upper part of the hotel where our room was located is very high, there were a lot of stairs and you had to walk a lot to get there, and at night they don't have a lot of lamps on so you feel like you played sports in a dark forest, with the heat, it was very tiring.
When booking they mentioned that the minibar will be supplied free of charge every day for snacks and drinks, so that was not the case at all, only coffee and tea.
I booked the premium 4th floor room on their website, and they upgraded me to the premium spa on the 5th floor, but it turns out that the price on the hotel website is very high, so in other words there is no upgrade, better if ever you are interested in this hotel to make the reservation directly through Agoda or other platform.
We couldn't stay the 4 days we booked, so we checked out early after 2 days, and worst of all, the hotel staff didn't even take the time to ask the reason of our departure, and of course no refund for the remaining 2 nights.
In total the prices are very very expensive compared to the poor service that the hotel offers, apart from the view from the room of the 5th on the mountain and the mosque, everything is unfortunately bad, I absolutely not recommend it, there is another better placed hotels on ao nang beach and less expensive.

My wife and myself had the pleasure of staying at the classy resort for 7 days.
This was our 3 rd visit to this serene resort.
From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out there was nothing we could fault.

Leaving on the last day was like leaving our family behind.
The team at the hotel could not do enough for us.
Special mention to KAE from housekeeping ,the quality of the room daily was impeccably cleaned.
A special mention also to Waan in the restaurant , what a very charming lady, she made us feel very welcome every morning.

We had the pleasure of meeting Surasak who made a point of talking with us on a daily basis.
It’s no wonder the team are happy when they have a leader like Surasak.

We ordered inroom dining on 4 of the 7 nights we spent there.
The prices, service and quality if food was just unbelievable.
Could not fault anything about it.
Team please look after yourselves, can’t wait to see you all again next year.

Stayed there for our honeymoon and hotel staff provide tip top service from checking in until the doorstep. Explained the direction and routes to our room, the 2 swimming pools location, the cafe/restaurant, fitness centre and sauna room during at the lobby for check in.
The hotel staff escorted us with a buggy up to our hotel room. Explained to us the room details like plugs, mineral water, coffee/tea and fridge refreshments.

This is by far the best service we got! No other hotels/resort have done this before!

Highly recommended for couples, honeymoon as there is a good view of the big tall rock formation. The only cons is the small road/lane from the main road. Need to walk a 100m to reach resort.

The restaurant serves good breakfast and dinner as well. Just located beside the pool. Coffee by the pool is the best!

Resort is located outside the mosque, felt safer and outside the mosque there are food/drink stalls like banana pancake, ice tea and Krabi bites. So no worries about your satisfaction on food.

We initially booked the mountain view room (second floor) from Agoda but was a little disappointed as the view from the balcony was a huge tree and the mountain was in the right corner which you can only see if you went out to the balcony. We went down to the reception to see if we can pay a little extra to upgrade the the top floor (fifth floor). The ladies at the reception were really nice, accommodating to our request to see the room before deciding if we wanted to upgrade.

The pros - the view on the fifth floor is amazing! If you’re thinking which room to get, definitely go for the top floor. Service was really good as well, two very nice pools, and complimentary minibar replenished daily (consists of 3 canned drinks, 2 bottles of drinking water, coffee and tea, and 2 snacks). Beach bag and beach flip flops are provided in the room. Free hourly shuttle to Aonang beach (5mins).

The cons, according to my boyfriend were - noisy aircon from time to time, no control over the shower temperature (there’s hot water, but you can’t control how hot you want it), you can hear the prayers from the mosque early in the morning (around 5am though for only about 5 minutes). The tub in the balcony isn’t sparkling clean so just make sure to wash it down before using it.

Visited with my family on late February. The check in to the accommodation was pleasant and fast. Buggy service are available round the clock. There’s even a service to the beach and back that runs every even hour! Its so convenient.

Hotel staff were honest especially when some money drop or we forgot an item after checkout, they tried their very best to return it back! I am very grateful to the staff! Shoes the true spirit!

Breakfast spread ranges from western to local cuisines and it caters to elderly as well as vegetarians.

The room may not have certain amenities such as iron and iron board so do request early if needed.

Overall it was a decent stay and one of the best place to stay when in Ao Nang!

We’ve been travelling around Thailand staying in pretty basic places so I booked this 5 day/4 night stay as it was my birthday that week. I booked a pool access room, so glad I did. What a view. Didn’t realise at time of booking it was more or less Muslim. No alcohol etc. But to be honest it didn’t bother us. We relaxed on our balcony with the amazing mountain in front of us. Even in the rain we swam in the pool. The room was amazing, although we didn’t use the bathtub, the option was there. The walk to the nightlife and beach area didn’t bother us either, we’re still quite fit for our age 🤣. Breakfast staff were all lovely and friendly. Our tables were always cleared and never saw anyone’s dirty dishes left on tables. Room was cleaned daily, fresh towels. We loved our stay. And never saw any cockroaches. Only down on the Main Street. Our favourite place to eat was called Reeve. Right up the end of the beach. Great food and great views. Had my birthday meal here.

From the moment we arrived at Phu Pi Mann Resort we felt welcomed (first by the friendly hotel cat!) and the staff throughout our stay were very courteous and pleasant. The room exceeded our expectations, with a gorgeous full-soak bathtub and a huge balcony area with a lovely view. Both swimming pools were elegant, huge and refreshing, while the breakfast was surprisingly extensive - although we would certainly have appreciated more vegetarian options (too many meat dishes). The gardens were beautifully maintained and even though the hotel is just a 15-minute easy walk to the beachfront, there are also very regular free shuttles offered if you're feeling too hot or too lazy! For the value for money, this represents an excellent choice, and the fact it's some dustance from the busy beach area makes it an oasis of quiet and calm. We loved our stay here!

As i didn’t stay in this sort of room i wouldn’t know, but I would say only a microwave because of health and safety regulations. I totally recommend this hotel, the views are beautiful and so are the rooms and the pools! Enjoy your stay

It's just normal road, of course you can drive there. But if you don't drive already a motorbike, don't begin in Thailand.

There's 2 pools, one just beside the restaurant and one is more secluded near the villas. I've only went to the secluded one as the pool near the restaurant is more for the people staying in the rooms with pool access. Depending on the time that you travel there. For me, we went during non school holiday in Singapore and Malaysia, so it is not crowded. Yes many down the road with foods, souvenirs. Oh there's a night market too. There's shuttle every hour to the beach. Not a big complex.
