The hotel offers a very clean room with very good services from nice staff who are very helpful and always service you with smile. The location of hotel is also very great near Aonang Beach and there also has a convenience store nearby the hotel. The room is pretty large compared to other budget hotel I’d stayed. There is a beautiful rooftop swimming pool on the top floor of building 4 where has a beautiful cliff as your background.
If you are looking for a hotel with nice room and services, located in the great location of Aonang beach where you can easily go to other sightseeing places. I would love to recommend Cosi Krabi. :)

The road in front of the hotel is painted in bright colors. It is a street where everyone wants to take pictures, check-in. The front desk staffs were friendly. There is a mini shop corner where you can buy soft drinks, snacks, bakery, tea and coffee. The rooms are minimalist in size, the bed is comfortable and soft, large-screen TV, a save box and mini-bar fridge.

The location is good, 10 min from the beach and along the main road with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are quiet and clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower is spacious. There are a laundromat (40 THB laundry + 60 THB drying) and iron available. Unfortunately the AC turns on automatically during the day, we would have preferred to leave it off while we were away. The café is a bit expensive for what it offers. Overall I would recommend :)

Just opened hotel. I liked staying here because owner clearly thought through every detail to ensure customer convinience.
Pros:
*Excellent room facilities with affordable rate
*Room was cleaned without a reminder. Generally staff attitude is excellent.
*Original decor of swimming pool and swimming pool lounge gives property a real chic
*Aside from luxurious swimming pool pool there is such convinient facility as laundry room with automatic machine and iron board.I am happy to fly back in the ironed shirt.
*My personal craze: 24 hours gym with all possible equipment you may think of. Love!
*24 hours cafe and front desk as well
Cons: if you like more classic conservative decor, then it maybe not your first choice. Hotel is on modern side with very energetic vibe.
Will come again and recommend COSI chain to my friends.

The best hotel when I visit Krabi also I met the friendliness of staff khunsong when I arrived. The second night I have the problem with the air condition that not working , the staff a to the front desk he very helpful and also the engineer very fast to fix it. The location is located the center of Ao nang , it closed the the convenient store such as Family mart and 7-11 so dont’t worried when you got hungry . Finally I appreciate for the service here . Staying at this hotel currently, staff are very blunt, unhelpful and rude from the offset. We booked a double room but was told on arrival that there are no longer any available, we showed staff our confirmation of booking but they fail to mention what room you book on their email so we had no proof for this dispute. Staff said they would have someone come and push the singles together but they’re on floating wall fixed platforms so that’s not even a possibility.
You need a key card to get around the hotel, lifts, doors, etc so unless you want to pay the 200 baht fee to get a second key, if you’re in a couple; one of you will be left sitting in the dark with no electricity making it very hard to use the facilities.
Any complaints made to front desk fall upon deaf ears.
Rooms are okay, very basic and basic cleanliness, limited channels on the tv and no iPhone connectivity or Netflix.
Loud maintanance work happening in the room next to and opposite us on arrival so we got to enjoy the noise for a few hours.
Hopefully things change over the next two days…

Nice, clean modern hotel which has clearly been very carefully thought out for its space saving uniqueness. The hotel is actually across 4 buildings which I thought added to its uniqueness. Reception, gym and “WFH” area is in building 1. The rooftop pool is building 4.
We staying in building 2 which I found to be pleasant and no issues with noise, cleanliness, etc.
I very much liked this hotel, it was pure modern chic. Everywhere you go, there is calm music is playing very quietly.
The rooms were slightly smaller then standard but it was ok for what we needed.
The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the beach but we actually found that the road where the hotel is, has the better food and nightlife so this was an accidental convenience.
The gym is good, we found that going in the early morning was empty. Going in the early evening it was very busy.
You need your card to get around everywhere in the hotel. Initially I thought this was a very good security measure but in the end I found it extremely annoying, even more so that you only get given 1 card so whoever you share a room with - you need to be together all the time.
The swimming pool is nice and a good place to chill but the hotel definitely need to invest in parasols! The heat and UV is so strong, even more so being on the rooftop and there is no shade.
In the evening, the hotel scatter bean bags at the front of the lobby for an evening of mucus, drinks and food (at your own expense) if you care to join. It does get very busy.

We had a room facing the road, it was noisy all the time, including live music concerts every evening right on the corner. Room itself was small, smelly, dumpy and humid. There was no place to hang our clothes to dry them (because its small and humid). Our cards didn't work from time to time so we had to go to the reception to update them. Also we asked about airport transfer at the reception desk and didn't get any help. Service worker just gave us a paper with taxi number. No information, no service. Although it was a transfer stand right on the corner that provides airport shuttles which are way cheaper then private car. Terrible music follows you everywhere you are in this hotel. This is called noise pollution. Laundry is terrible as well. At first you need a bunch of coins to start the machine, then the quality of washing is low, there were many dirty spots left on the clothes. Drying machine didn't work. Our clothes were as wet as before drying. Also our cards didn't work with the laundry door sometimes. Also I've received a spam email from this property about Centara card. I didn't give any permission to send me this. Super disappointed, I won't recommend this to anyone!

We had a five night stay as a couple. The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. The rooftop pool and the gym was a nice addition to our stay. The rooms are cleaned daily (if you want) and you could wash your own clothes in the hotel. Also worth mentioning is the great offer in the kiosk and the delicious breakfast option.
A small point of criticism is that the wall of the room was heated by the sun, which made it very warm even at night.

The hotel is modern enough but the west and tear is showing. A lot of street and nearby noise until later. Gym was great, location is close to a lot of stuff. Breakfast was absolutely gross. You get a credit but you have access to pastries that they sell for 110 (go across the street and buy them at the 711 for 30). Coffee was powdered but then other days it was regular machine. Overall it was fine but would probably try elsewhere given the prices were similar.
