Hotel's Favourite
We spend a couple of nights at the hotel. Good location, clean rooms and large pool area. We had a family room with 2 connecting rooms. The only negative thing was small balconies with no table and chairs, and that guests “booked” pool chairs by putting their towels on them for hours in advance.

The room made a very nice impression. Rooms large and very clean. Very nice service, including Mrs. Pla, who makes delicious drinks with the meal. You can relax by the pool and listen to the birds singing. I will also add that the buffet breakfasts are very tasty.

While on our stay here my girlfriend ripped her nail off due to the sun loungers collapsing on her hand. We were forced to go to A&E the staff were unhelpful thankfully there was a lovely couple who helped us when that happened. Due to this incident we were forced to stay in Krabi longer than we planned resulting in us paying medical bills and cancelling our flights and hotels booked which meant loosing cost on both. The hotel were extremely unhelpful with the matter and when we asked for help with our stay for the extra days we would have to stay, they were unhelpful and made out as if they would give us a deal in which they did not. Overall the staff were quite unhelpful and had very little English. Very upsetting. Would not recommend

It is located at an ideal spot .Away from the beach and yet a minute away. We had a garden view room that was small but comfortable. It did demand a wardrobe and elbow space. The breakfast was ok and maybe a bit overpriced for the menu it offered. Overall a good budget hotel.
