Everything is perfect here: the rooms, the swimming pools, the food, the service, the spa. For families, the children room is a very big bonus. Extremely friendly staff is on-site between 9am-6pm to look after your child whenever you are need for some me-time and don't want to put your kids in front of a screen. The app of the hotel allows you to request room cleaning at a time that is convenient for you, so you can schedule your day as you please. There are also large and very soft towels available that you are allowed to take to the beach.
Special thanks to Nanny, Keaw, Stang and Beau and all the other staff whose name i can't remember (sorry). You were all extremely friendly and helpful. It felt like we were in a family-run hotel. Thank you so much!

Excellent hotel - staff, cleanliness, location and over all experience 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re in Krabi and prefer luxury over hostels. This is 10 min walk to the monkey trail and just a street from the main road. Beach is about 10-12 min walking.

Deciding to stay here was the best decision ever. If I could give a score out of 10, I would definitely give it a perfect 10 !!!!
From the moment I arrived, the staff warmly welcomed me with refreshments and a cold towel. Check-in was quick, and afterward, I was given a tour of the hotel, with different areas introduced before being shown to the room. When I opened the door, I was greeted with a spacious room equipped with all the amenities, along with complimentary fruit snacks. The room connects to the bathroom and the pool on the balcony, offering the utmost privacy. The room design is elegant and harmonious, with beautiful colors and a large, comfortable bed.
Breakfast is served from 6 AM to 11 AM, which is perfect for late risers. The food is made-to-order, served one dish at a time, and is delicious and beautifully presented.
The highlight for me was the swimming pool on the first floor and the rooftop pool, where the sunset view is absolutely stunning.
Special thanks to the receptionist, Tia, who provided great recommendations for dining and sightseeing around Ao Nang.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and chic. There are many photo corners. Every room has a private swimming pool. My child loves it. He goes in the water all day. The staff are lovely and take good care of him. Before entering the room, the staff took us to choose a very fragrant pillow spray, which is Complimentary. Snacks in the room can be eaten right away without paying extra money. Delicious breakfast, Buffet a la cart, recommended.

One of the most beautiful holidays we have ever taken. Unlike previous reviews written (the hotel has just reopened) we were greeted with a cold towel and a delicious drink.
The room was the absolute highlight. Everyone has a large pool in their room where you can even swim a little and the open bathroom is just fantastic, as are the views of the majestic mountains (with mountain views).
The a la carte breakfast buffet was also varied and simply delicious, accompanied by a real buffet including coconuts. Keaw, Nan and Sunny read every wish from your lips.
The only small criticism is the fitness studio, but this is probably less used here anyway.
All in all 10/10 we would love to come back immediately!

Beautiful rooms in an architecturally-designed hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pools are fantastic and clean with great sunset views. We stayed in its first week of opening and there are few minor tweaks they could make to improve the hotel - namely a mosquito trap in the room. We kept the outside doors closed as much as we could but they still snuck in. Also, one day we came back from a long day out hiking to our room being cleaned at 5pm, which was odd. Otherwise would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Ao Nang.

Amazing experience at hotel Adam Krabi from start to finish. As we walked in we were greeted by a doorman who kindly took our luggage. We were then brought into a welcoming lounge and met with the lovely Tia, provided us with the most delicious peach tea. Our room was out of this world with no faults and everything you could possibly need. As it was my birthday during our stay, the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure I had the best day. They decorated our bed when we arrived back from our boat tour, gifted me with a delicious chocolate cake and I then received a personalised card from the wonderful Tia 🥰 also to mention Queen, Wall’s and Mike who were so happy and friendly anytime we arrived back from activities. The most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are stunning, so much better than the photos. The bathroom is beautiful and the complimentary fruit, water and drinks in the room is a nice touch.
Breakfast is great, they give you a menu and you can order whatever you want and as much of it as you want. They also have buffet for fruit, pastries, cereals, fresh coconuts etc.
Our breakfast servers Keaw, Sun and Cream were lovely and very accomodating.
The whole hotel is brand new and well thought out. We loved our stay here and the private pool in the room was fantastic.
