We checked in here for 7 nights on Christmas Eve after leaving a terrible hotel and what a great decision. Every single member of staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and kept very clean. The location is superb right near the beach and all the best restaurants and live music bars but nice and quiet with lovely mountain views. There is a fab laundry service straight outside too. Breakfast is outstanding with a brilliant selection which is changed daily so no chance of getting bored with it. Drinks including cocktails are buy one get one free all day and night and are very reasonable as is the mini bar. The hotel supplies fresh pool/beach towels everyday that you just help yourself to and sign them out, no silly deposit scheme. Pool is lovely and very well maintained with pool waiter service for snacks and drinks. If we visit Krabi again next year this will be the hotel we will choose.

This hotel has a value for money ratio very good. I found the location great, no noise but very close to all amenities you need plus, 5 min walk to the beach with no steep road. The breakfast has multiple choices and is very tasty. Rooms are big, clean, and have all amenities working properly, hairdryer, water, AC TV etc.
I really enjoyed the stay there. We booked for 2 days and extended 3 more.
Pool is good but can be small if every guest is using it. We did not use it on busy hours but we never seen it full during our stay.
Some people reviewed the furniture as old fashion but i considered ok. Is not stylish like others in the area but is functional, not that aged and very confortable. That is what you want from your hotel! PLus location, need to repeat that is awesome!

A good hotel, dependent on where your room is ypu might hear the bar street. If you pay a little extra for mountain view you will most likely not hear anything.

I hate writing bad reviews and I hardly ever do it but I can’t figure out why this hotel has so many amazing reviews. My husband and I arrived and we were first asked for our booking number, I couldn’t find it so I asked the women at the front desk to help me get on the WiFi. Instead of helping with that, she turned on my cellular signal which cost me $10 USD in and of itself (not a major deal but I thought that was strange). We finally got to our room and everything is super old (eg: paint peeling, stained walls..). Also not the end of the world. What made us really uncomfortable though was that in the opposite end of the room from the entrance was another door that led to another room! I’m not sure if it was the door or the walls being thin but within 30 seconds of being there I heard a full conversation and someone cough next door. That’s definitely not what you want in a good hotel room. Lastly, and the deciding factor in us leaving, was the bathroom. The shower had dirt in it and the bathtub had a ring of yellow. We also saw 2 decently large bugs in the bathroom as well. We decided that we wouldn’t stay there because it was just not the kind of hotel we wanted to stay in on our honeymoon. I will say that one of the women at the front desk was really polite throughout the entire process and definitely handled it well.

I have stayed in Krabi Heritage Hotel for a full week in December 2021.
I had a Mountain view room with a nice view on the cliff. Large room, large bathroom, good bed and furniture, overall very comfortable.
I booked online with a good deal, paid an extra 150 baht when I wanted breakfast, with both thai and western dishes, fresh fruits, overall very good.
The hotel was very well maintained and cleaned, all areas, reception, swimming pool and rooms.
The staff was kind and helpful. In the reception area was someone helping book day tours transfers etc.. at competitive prices.
The swimming pool was rather nice and clean, with reclining seats and umbrellas.
Overall this is a very nice hotel in Ao Nang, pretty close to the beach and near restaurants. I would return there if back in Krabi.

We stayed at the Krabi Heritage Hotel - a centrally located hotel close to all of the restaurants and bars and a 5 min walk from the beach. The hotel was awesome, the views breath taking and the staff extremely professional and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean very well designed, modern and classy. The price was good too (did not break the bank). I would certainly recommend this hotel and if I were to return there, then I would definitely book to stay there.

The hotel was clean, had a good view and was in a good location for reaching the beach to visit the Krabi area by boat. Unfortunately I was relying on good WiFi for work and despite having a strong connection it wasn't stable enough for Zoom. Staff were not as friendly as 'usual' compared to my other Thai experiences and personally I wouldn't rate Ao Nang as an area as it has a very resort like feel.
That being said I felt very comfortable and safe here, I also had to rest due to an unfortunate bite on my leg so having such a calm, relaxing, hotel environment suited me well.
I was surprised breakfast wasn't more suited to its audience (many Asian options) and room cleaning seemed to happen slightly sporadically.

We had a pleasent stay at Krabi Heritage hotel. We had reserved a Superior Seaview room which gives a great view of the mountain and partial view of the sea. We also had a chance to witness rain during our stay. The view from the room is simply breath taking and one can spend hours sitting in the balcony looking at the view.
The staff is courteous and helpful whenever required. However, we tried reaching room service 2-3times but didn't get an answer. This did not cause much bother for us as there are a number of restaurants outside, but something that can be improved by the hotel.
The pool is nice and refreshing. Additional facility for getting beach towels from the hotel is also helpful.
All in all we had a good stay in Krabi Heritage hotel. Thank you!

From Krabi airport, you get out side taxi in reasonable prices even you can get sharing mini bus/van or taxi they will drop you at your hotel gate.
