The hotel has a lovely view of a cliff. The ambience is pleasant. However, the service is not so great, the restaurant shuts at 3.30 pm so don't even think of a cup of tea after that! The staff can be friendlier( the only friendly face was that of Boo). Staff watched Thai serials on their phone on high volume...

The staff: Very hospitable, accommodating, and helpful. I arrived thinking that I was going to share a two bedroom room with a friend to find out there was no way that a second bed was going to fit in my friend's room. I asked for a separate room and was immediately accommodated with a good sized room. This surprised room...

Partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and I liked it but he didn't. It definitely had charm but issues at the same time. First up, the things I loved; pool and outdoor area, style of the rooms, outdoor bathroom, closeness to main town area. The downsides; fridge was leaking water, linen was old, shower only half worked, mosquito...

CliffBeach had positive reviews online, we decided to stay at this hotel for our honeymoon in September - not the best time to visit Krabi since it was monsoon season. To sum it up, we had a pleasant stay, the property is value for money. Pros *Value for money - this property was relatively cheaper than a few other hotels...

The hotel is located 10 mins from the beach and what I love the most was the ambience it reminds me of the banjaran in Ipoh Perak Malaysia. It has outdoor bathroom and the room is not to small just nice for couples. The staff are attentive but the room maximum occupancy per room is 3 person but to be...

Do not trust the photos published on their website. Stayed there for just one night and we were miserable. I was googling for another available hotel to move in the middle of the night! We had booked & paid for a Srivichai Suite. The moment we stepped into the so-called suite, nasty moldy smell in the room greeted us. The...

The worst hotel i have every been too. We came to this nightmare MID Decemeber 2015 for our honeymoon. Me and m wife prebooked and paid for 5 nights ($500AUD), within 15mins of arriving, we checked out, let them keep the money and booked a 100000 times better resort in Krabi. The room was horrible, insects haunted every part of...

Small and cozy resort. 3night stay. Friendly staff. Resort room door abit noisy due to latch type and rings as door handles. Toilet is nice but can do better if dead leaves are cleared up. Not so private as curtains do not cover up entirely. Overall a nice stay on Krabi, The cliff.

Thank James H
