Centrally located, but that is all i can say. I had a garden view room and their was no garden, just concrete. The beds were so hard it was impossible to sleep. I tripped and fell over up the stairs on arrival and staff did...More
I stayed here two nights and I was pretty disappointed with this hotel.
The room itself was OK but the bathroom was simply terrible. First, it smelt bad and it had no ventilation at all or it was not working. Second, nothing worked there. The...More

HORRIBLE beds. I booked a standard room and I felt...More

Hi Josephine. Not sure if they have a shuttle service but you don't really need it. If you are wanting to get to the hotel from the airport there are two ways of going. You get a taxi from the airport but they also have a bus service which we used . You give the driver the hotel name and he drops you off at your hotel along the way. It obviously takes a bit longer than the taxi as you are stopping off for other people but not much longer and it was half the cost. At the hotel they have a travel desk just before you go up the stairs into the hotel. They are great and organize trips to islands etc but also taxis and the bus service to take you back to the airport. Hope that helps :)
