The hotel has a great location. Close to everything and you can literally walk a few steps and you’re on the beach, where the sunsets are incredible.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
I wouldn’t mind staying there again.
The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything.
Staff were just average, lack of smile, and seemed to be over-stressed, night shift operator was annoyed to receive call for a query. The security guard was a lot more helpful and cheerful than the front desk.
The rooms are spacious, too bad the view does not overlook the main street or the sea.
Breakfast a little light , staff attentive.
Passage to go to the pool not maintained.
The personal from the reception was nice.
Breakfast was half buffet (salad, juice, coffee etc) and half "a la carte".
On the a la carte menu you could choose one course with eggs (omelette, scrambled eggs etc) and one course consisted of Thai food (noodles/ rice with chicken or prawns). The food had a good taste.
The superior room wasnt worth the money at all.The shower and wifi was working very poorly, shelves, hangers and lights in the room were broken.
The electricity and lights didnt work in many places in the hotel.
The hotel also offer a breakfast but did not do one.
The toilets in main hallway were absolutely disgusting and dirty,no soap and toilet paper as well.
The hotel needs a maintanance and a new staff.
We left this hotel after one night.

We made our reservations for a 4 night stay via MMT.
While, the property boasted of various amenities including a bar, restaurant and bell boy service, the reality was very different. Upon arrival at the restaurant, the receptionist informed us that they do not have a bar or restaurant and that we could choose to dine out from a host of eateries in the vicinity.
She further went on to add that they don't have a bell boy because they anyways have elevators and the guests just need to drag their luggage around and use the elevators.
If that was the case, why on earth would you publish amenities such as bar, restaurant and bell boy service??? Is this some kind of marketing ploy???
So rather than apologizing for the misinformation, she was extremely arrogant and went on to justify the lapses on their part. While services like a restaurant and a bell boy may not be a deal breaker for most tourists, it does make things a lot more complicated while traveling with aged parents.
The receptionist denied the existence of any restaurant or bar in the property and went on to pass the buck by stating that Make My Trip (MMT) had published these false details on their website/booking portal. However, the attached pictures tell a very different story where the board placed at the entrance of the hotel clearly states the existence of a bar and a restaurant. So they're basically advertising and making certain claims which are untrue and totally misleading.
My message to the management of Days Inn by Wyndham is to refrain from resorting to such bufoonery in terms of marketing tactics/gimmicks as it is unethical and extremely unprofessional.. Travellers' and customers rely on the data posted on these platforms in terms of amenities and other details while making their travel and accommodation bookings.. It is the responsibility of the hotels to ensure the authenticity and validity of the details posted. They cannot claim to be oblivious of these low marketing tactics and play the victim card. Misinformation of any kind causes a great deal of stress and damage which is totally unacceptable.. At the end of the day, don't make promise that can't be delivered.
On a final note, the only good thing about the hotel is the location. That said, there are plenty of other good properties in the vicinity. I'd never recommend Days Inn by Wyndham (Aonang) to any traveller for the simple reason that they are untrustworthy, refuse to accept responsibility and make false claims in terms of the amenities available at their property.

The room itself was OK. Good size, clean, comfortable big bed. However, it smelled a little bit damp. No toiletries were provided (other than soap).
We had breakfast included in the price (nothing unusual for most of the hotels in Thailand) and it was tasty however not a great choice to eat. On the second night, we were relatively late for breakfast (around 9am) and there was hardly anything there.
I didn't take pictures of the place as I thought it's not worth it. However, the view of the main restaurant from the beach reflects really the quality of this place.

If comparing the price and the facility in the hotel is quite good because I see the environment and the people is higher than my expectation.
Next time if I have the time coming to visit here I will stay for sure.
Bad manja cafe, small pool, but has a slight view to the beach.
