Absolutely love this place stunning location picked up by shuttle boat from port & check in no problem room was large clean and a great view, walked the monkey trail for the entire 14 nights no problem (if you have mobility problems this hotel is not for you monkey trial and the pier will keep you isolated.) only had one meal in the 2 weeks at hotel which was amazing and was set up on the beach by friend’s as a surprise birthday gift, apparently organised by e-mail and no problem, also loved the breakfasts. The rest of the time we were out, take a torch if coming back late monkey trail well lit but the beach walk was dark most nights we came back after midnight so no boat as last one is 11pm. Amazing holiday, great trips which are definitely a must.

Hotel is fully dated in all areas. Stains (not from painting) on walls, wood furniture with stains mainly in the bathroom area. Night stand lamp base was taped to prevent it for falling. Bath towels were ripping apart on the edges for being that old. Duvet cover has stains that seemed to be from mold. Shower faucet was not working when we arrived, maintenance took more than two hours to fix it (this should have been checked before guest arrival). Only positive thing: food. There are other nicest hotel in the same location in the same range price. I do not recommend this hotel.

The most pathetic luxury experience I've ever had. Below the standards rooms & in-room cutlery & interoirs. They are not even providing with bottled mineral water. Pictures in the website are misleading. No branded sanitary in the washrooms. Very cheap. Pathetic service. Towels take 1 hr. Glasses & ice another 2 hrs and buggy never comes. The property is big & beautiful but the in room service & other service areas are too slow & very much less bothered to respond. Do not recommend at all.

This is by no measure a luxury resort. It’s on a beautiful part of the coast to be sure and the staff are lovely and helpful. However, wear and tear is evident throughout. The food is at best mediocre, and the sushi was the WORST we’ve ever eaten. The fish wasn’t fresh, it was badly cut, and when not off, mostly tasteless. The Thai food was fake Thai for tourists. The only reasonably good dinner was the seafood grill, and only because we were very selective in what we ate. Not even close to worth the price for any of it.

We had a fantastic stay for 6 nights. Staff were friendly and attentive - could not do enough to help! Our room was an impressive size with a great balcony with stunning views. Wi-Fi throughout the resort was always available. Breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of choice. We ate in all the restaurants and had great meals every time. The teppanyaki restaurant really stood out for us - food was brilliant and the chef was top tier! The hotel shuttle boat was seamless, however we mainly opted to walk through the monkey trail so we weren’t restricted to times. It took around 10/15 minutes and isn’t as bad as some other reviews make out. There is a short climb up steps either end but the majority of the trail is flat, brightly lit and maintained well. Overall we can’t really fault our stay, we will be recommending the hotel to friends and would absolutely return.…

Jack and Jujube were extremely good looking after us. The staff are exceptional. The food is really tasty and the atmosphere is relaxed. It is nice to be able to dine with and outstanding view. Everyone is very helpful and attentive.

The hotel haven't refund our room deposit. There was also many small disadvantages: low level of complimentary drinking water, lack of cleanliness in the common spaces, live fire show performed by children during the evening, living mice in the room. However the beach and views were really good.

We have done on our parts in sending a request and supporting documents to the bank right after your departure. As part of social responsibility, we're supporting local family to perform in order for them to get tutor fees and living budget. We have expressed your concerns to the family and they'll find an alternative, but thanks for arising your point of view. We are located by the National Park area and wildlife's are eventually hardly control. We stayed here for 6 nights. The rooms, pool and breakfast were all fine. Decor of rooms is dated with bathrooms showing their age. Housekeeping is haphazard, it took 3 requests to get any bath towels and you either got 5 or no bottled water provided from day to day. Our room was 120 steps up the hill from the restaurant, so probably climbed several hundred steps daily. Buggies are available but you have to wait at busy times. Walking into town involves a fairly tough 10-15 min walk over steep wooden steps - 100 up and 100 down. A shuttle boat can be booked but delivers you to the opposite end of town where you need to take a tic tic
