Hi, all 3 beaches are in very easy walking distance and the walk is on the level. you could easily walk to any beach within 10 minutes. The sea is beautiful as are the beaches and very clean and safe. Do be mindful that you can only get there by longboat or speed boat and disembarking will be quite hazardous for the elderly. so maybe you should bear this in mind. hope this helps
