We also booked a place at Friendly Bungalows... they were so friendly they moved half of us to Garden Home Bungalows and when that was full they took the rest of us to Adam's Bungalows. I never actually saw the Friendly ones at all. But if they are anything like Adam's Bungalows, the price that you pay to stay in...

I made our booking 2 months in advance (2 bungalows for 5 nights), however, upon our arrival our bungalows were full. Therefore, the owner moved us to a neighbouring resort for 2 nights, after that we were supposed to move back to Ao Nang Friendly. I was required to made an advance payment (50% deposit) through an international bank transfer....

Four spacious bungalows in a quiet location in the jungle a 15 minutes walk from Ao Nang beach. Rooms with A/C and big private bathroom. The resorts itself offers nothing but the rooms but nearby there is another resort (Garden Bungalow) that offers better surroundings and has a little bar/restaurant for morning breakfast. Both are a great option for a...

We stayed here for 3 days over Christmas and it was great value. The bungalows are a decent size and clean and set enough apart from each other that its quiet. The setting is lovely - lush jungle and gardens with a backdrop of the cliffs behind. The bungalows are set back in a road off the main street in...

The driver was waiting for us and in 20 minutes we reached the place. Location is good and very quite. From the main road heading to Ao Nang, you turn left...

We stayed in the Friendly Bungalow for one night and liked it! The room was clean, spacious and very good value for money. The owner was very friendly and gave us some good advice on the local area. If you are looking for some good budget accommodation then this is a good choice!

We stayed in a air-con bungalow for 6 nights. The staff were extremely friendly and the bungalows were both large and clean. The bungalows were a 10-15 mins walk from the beach and were surrounded by amazing limestone cliffs. I would really recommed these to anyone as they are quiet enough for children and close to all the bars for...

Just returned from 2 weeks traveling around Thailand - Northern and Southern. We stayed in various types and prices of accomodations during our adventure. The Ao Nang Friendly Bungalows were two of our "money saving" nights. The bungalow was clean, spacious, adaquately furnished - nothing fancy but really cute - with a little sense of humor. We had the bungalow...
