Requested for lower floor and was acknowledged, warm welcome and friendly hotel staffThe room was big for the two of us with balcony to relax..For Muslim travellers, the hotel restaurant was not hallal certified,so avoid it as there's plenty of good local hallal food nearby.Travel around krabi with affordable rented motorcycle which I recommend.

At last! A real 3 star that does not try to be a four star but, instead, offers absolutely outstanding (for a 3 star) service. Big, modern rooms, simply furnished but with everything you need, excellent shower, good wifi and, above all, the most friendly staff on the planet. No restaurant on site but a great little cafe and loads...

The 'lobby' is a cafe so do take note. We arrived earlier than the check in time and luckily, the staff allow us to keep our luggages at the cafe area. Room was pretty good and we have snacks/cup noodles refilled every day. The room is relatively clean, so not much complains. Staff were nice to help us with our...

The room is big, it has some snacks and drinks for free in the minibar. The location is great. It has no pool, good breakfast but in another hotel (close). No elevator, so you have to use the stairs. Because the walls of the hallway are half open, the stairs get very wet when raining. The bed is a big...

Stayed here in September 2016, this hotel was a standard select service hotel same to Holiday Inn Express or Ibis, good size and design of the room, sufficient room equipment, good location which was just 15 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach, closed to minimart and restaurants area. The only inconvenience was that we had to walk to another building...

Good base to explore Krabi and and surrounding beaches. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the main part of town. However, there are a number of restaurants and hotels located around the hotel to enjoy. The walk into town is easy and there are sidewalks and lights for most of the walk. I am a female...

Everything started out great, exceptional really. However, the trouble came when I tried to book an additional night. I went down and talked to the girl in the little coffee shop and she said sure 1000 baht, which was cheaper than what was listed on booking.com. I said ok, I'll come back after breakfast. I came back after breakfast and...

Dear Molly B, Terribly sorry and simply do understood your disappointed about your extended stay purpose. The reason is the communication lack in my team and she doesn't explanation clearly of all about. We have already immediately briefing staff those who on duty how to handle guest inquiry, especially a matter of accommodation's price sensitively that quite complicated and always...
