Did not read TripAdvisor before booking as booked on different platform but would not have booked if I had. All reviews correct that this now a very dated hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Poor dated facilities, air con very average and super noisy for those not used to it from morning to 3am Would say location is great but many other options can claim same in Ao Nang. Also to note has very popular cannabis cafe in lobby to have to contend with a variety of people purchasing that. Does not bother me but not suitable for families

Booked this at a price where I expected more. Stayed all over Asia and places I have stayed at, at less than half this price have been better. But this must be the norm here as a friend paid double to me a night and was not much better than this. Reception staff checked me in quick and were quite friendly. Couldn't pay on Visa card although it says you can on form checking in how to pay. Room was large but dated. Beds bumpy and old. Air con ok. Fridge old but worked just. Tv old fashioned and very limited channels. Balcony not really good to sit out on. Bathroom large but again dated and old. Pool small and didnt look that clean. Smelt of drains now and again. Wi-Fi was pretty good. Reception area untidy and run down I won't rush back

We checked in and were then told after payment that the pool was under repair and wouldn’t be fixed until after our stay (not stated online and was a big selling point of staying here). We then went to our room and it was infested with ants all over the desk area and also in the bed, and the balcony door had a visible gap in it to outside. Did not feel comfortable to stay here as it was not like it was described online. We went back downstairs to ask for a refund bc of these things as it did not feel fit to stay in, and the lady said she could only refund 50% because of their refund policy. I explained how it was infested with ants and it was not how it was described with the pool etc but she only offered to change our room. The second room also had ants in so we left with only half our money back. Really disappointed with the experience as we weren’t a no show which I would have understood the 50% refund, we checked in and found it not fit to stay in so asked to be refunded. Would not recommend this place at all, go somewhere else.

This is a budget hotel with decent-sized rooms however the bathroom sink area is very dirty. The whole building needs an upgrade or at least a new coat of paint. 2 sockets in our room could not be used so the electrical/wiring needs an upgrade too. Still not a bad place with the price we paid, and it's breakfast selection are halal.

We didn’t plan to get a fancy room as our focus was exploring. We asked to see the room first and talked with a British couple by the pool who had stayed a night. All of us were in agreement to say, it’s a decent place to spend a night or two. We choose a room street side to save extra money. I’m sensitive to noise but had no troubles sleeping here. The room is basic and clean. The bathroom got a little wet after a shower as it’s all just one open room with a curtain but we wore flip flops and had no complaints. The staff were polite and spoke to us with no troubles.

We received a warm welcome upon arrival from the friendly and helpful staff. Great location not even 5 minutes from the water! Clean room but our shared bed was actually two twin beds pushed together and a little firm. There was a breakfast available but not included, it didn’t look like the best option. The hotel is 4 floors but does. It have an elevator. The pool was nice and always clean!

Its the center of Ao Nang. Close to the beach, shops, restaurant (Halal food is everywhere), 1 big mosque, nightlife, etc. The room is big but the bed is so stiff (hard), tv seems not working also the toilet flush work but you need to do it manually (only for my room. The receptionist are friendly and able to speak english. Songkran festival commence around 10am till 7pm (only few spots still celebrate after that). You just need to walk around and you will enjoy it. Overall it was nice to stay there.

It was nothing even near the pictures! Very primitive bathroom, there was a curtain however we still don't get it's purpose as the shower drain was next to the toilet (!!!!). Everything got wet and dirty. We were glad to leave. Staff not really friendly and even some other guests were having a strong argument with the staff. Worst place we'd slept in Thailand. We'd advise not to go... The location was nice, near the beach. There were towels to borrow to take to the beach. However Ao Nang beach is not that nice. Better take a longtailboat and go to Railey Beach. However these are all factors outside the room...
