This hotel was booked from a second party website for $225 for three nights including taxes ,but they charged me $252 because and REFUSED to honor the second parties website price and basically said TOUGH crap!!! So they essentially STOLE $27 from me. The pool is NOT heated and has a ugly motel like ambiance as well as being freezing!!!!!!!...

Dear Guest, I´m sorry for any inconvenience my staff may have brought upon you, We always honor the rates we publish at on-line travel agencies, I would be very helpful for me if you could be a little more specific. Please let me know the agency you booked your room with, the dates of your stay and room number, I...

The Best Western is right in the middle of the Red Zone, where all the bars and cafe's are. Clean, friendly staff, nice rooms. Parking a bit tight, so don't bring your RV. Value was good. The best breakfast was 5 blocks away at Maru, on avienda Miramar, across from Juarez Plaza. Look for the three Hermanos store on corner...

Really great staff, everyone was professional and super friendly. I have stayed at a lot of places and this is one I would go back to and would recommend without hesitation. The building has old character and history, it's clean and everything works. I didn't get a massage at the spa, but it's on my list to do. I wouldn't...

At first sight, this very attractive Mexican-style hotel promised a lot. The staff were friendly and welcoming; our room was spacious, on 2 levels. Unfortunately we had a street view and this did not promise a good night's sleep. Cars and motorbikes seemed to enjoy revving up, people shouted from outside as well as inside the hotel. The guests in...

In contrast to some of the other experiences related here, my room was very clean, comfortable (well, except for the hard mattress that others mention), and spacious. The room opened onto a large patio overlooking a pool, and the location was great for walking to restaurants, shops, and the bus station. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Milos arranged...

I was so excited to stay in this place because it's different from the rest of the best western I have been... BUT this is WON'T be your place if you want to rest or you are looking for peaceful night. Due to the prime location, you can hear the noise from the streets ... all night long. Then you...

The place is nice and looks clean but that's a facade only. There were roaches in the bathroom area. We found a bed bug crawling on our luggage after being in the closet all night. And the sheets didn't look so clean. They had mold spots on them and upon closer examination at the foot of the bed, there was...

It was ok nothing to write home about. Hot water was not hot. Internet on the 5th floor was not available. No elevator. Breakfast was coffee and a banana. Parking was very limited. Probably would not stay there again,

Dear Nancy Thank you for your comments, I’m sorry about the internet, since this is a brick building it is very difficult to get a good signal everywhere in the hotel, but we´re working on it to make it better. The hotel does not have a fifth floor, it is 3 story building, in the top floor the rooms are...

A last minute trip to Ensenada on a cold and rainy December 2016 night and needed a room so the location in downtown was perfect. Liked the free parking within the courtyard, the staff at the reception desk was friendly and efficient, the room/bathroom are dated (as others have reported) but maintenance and cleanliness is as good as could be....
