This hotel is conveniently located next to Marina Palmira, so it's the perfect place to stay if we are having work done on our boat (and we can't stay on it), and when friends come to visit us in La Paz. As noted by others, the rooms are basic, but they are kept very clean and the views can be...

Clean, safe and friendly staff. The small business center is handy for keeping in touch via the Internet. The only problem encountered was no wash cloths are provided. Aside from that, the hotel is a pleasant place to stay.

Hotel Marina is clean, but shows age, wear and tear. The professional photos on this page are very old and do not accurately depict the weathering. The doors of the rooms are seriously worn--you could see light coming through very narrow but long vertical cracks when the sun came up. Our door on the fifth floor was also poorly hung,...

This hotel has a ranking of 4 stars - it may have when new but the years have taken its toll. Mind you it is still clean, on the main strip and it is beside the water and marina but it has issues. My biggest concern was the wi-fi - hard to connect. Coffee in the room would have been...

This hotel is generally not bad though also in many ways not great. The rooms are fine - clean but basic and unexciting and the shower is just about powerful enough but not really very good. The service is fine and helpful but could not be described as enthusiastic. The breakfast scores well on quantity, less well on quality though...

Stayed here for five nights on a fishing trip with my buddy. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the grounds are beautiful. Honestly can not recommend the on-site restaurant ('Fisherman breakfast' starts at 6:30, as fishermen are picked-up at 7. They don't seem anxious to start putting the food out until after 7, though...) The pool is nice, the staff...

This is an older hotel. I have stayed here a few times now and plan to keep coming back. The location is great for fishing, golf at Costa Baja and the beaches out on the Sea of Cortez. The price is good and considering the location is great. I always stay in the top floors over looking the marina. It...

make sure your free breakfast that they charged is in writing as it's embarrassing as to argue that is free with the waiter who say's it's not and your not a guest. Also don't stay on weekend during summer if your seeking a peaceful retreat. Pool full of screaming children as the hotel rents out the pool

Ended up here because my favorite spot in La Paz, La Concha, was sold out. I hadn't stayed here for a few years. The hotel is clean and basic, but that's what you get in La Paz...there are only a few luxury hotels in the city. Restaurant was improved from last time. Great views from the upper floors, but the...
