I bought 2 nights at this hotel through tripadvisor. Tripadvisor took me to hotels.com. $66. Went to the hotel a few hours later. They pulled up my reservation, but the total came to nearly $100/night. I showed the checker my quote, but she insisted it was taxes and fees. That is a big jump. Further research shows it was taxes, fees,...

Rooms and general areas of the hotel were very clean. Rooms were spacious BUT could utilize queen size beds instead of doubles. Great pool area and adjacent seating area with lots of chairs & tables. Rules--but totally ignored: no pets--a dog sitting on a lounge chair at the pool; another dog checking in with his master ! No smoking rule...

We were in Loreto and didn't make the proper reservations in time since we didn't know when we were going to be there or how many days we were going to stay... in spring break it is a nightmare to find a hotel in Loreto without a reservation and we didn't have a place to stay... the manager offered us...

The hotel has rules that no-one listens too regarding the pool. No food allowed yet they brought cooler boxes down. No bottles on poolside yet they had bottled beer. No children in jacuzzi but there were ..... and no-one used the toilet facilities😱 The breakfast staff worked. Really hard but were understaffed, food good. One of my pillows was really...

Three of of us stayed in one of the 2 bed family units. We were very pleased with the room. Very comfortable, having kitchenette a plus. We went to local market across the street behind the bus station. One negative, one of the beds did not have a reading light so had to leave overhead light on til ready to...

You can easily walk to stores shops and restaurants from this location. The rooms are huge albeit basic and ours had a small kitchen with basic utensils and cutlery, so an extended stay would work as well. There is a small convenience type store and restaurant on site which is nice. Staff are friendly and accommodating. You can buy an...

The hotel was clean and the pool area was beautiful but the wifi was terrible. Not that we needed it very much during our stay but when looking for car rentals and booking scuba diving ect it kept kicking us off and not loading the pages properly. The concierge Arni was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and...

Frustrating stay with problem checking in. I was with three friends and requested 3 rooms. I requested a room on ground level. My two friends got ground floor and mine on 3rd floor. I was told no ground floor rooms were available. Room had no chair or table making kitchenette less usable and bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. Could...

We arrived to a very clean hotel on February 11, 2107. The hotel staff was very friendly and more than willing to do anything to keep you happy. The staff was constantly cleaning all the premises and the garden areas. The pool are was very comfortable and the pool was as warm as a bath tub. We really enjoyed our...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in February. The positives first. The hotel is modern and clean and very pretty. It has a beautiful central atrium with pool. It is an easy hotel to find as soon as you drive into town. There was a large parking lot behind the hotel. The rooms are very spacious. The internet...
