Yes, that's correct. As an off-grid facility reliant on solar power, we do have electricity 24/7, but we don't generate enough power to run air conditioning units. Our weather is quite temperate during our season (mid-October to mid-July), so we generally don't require it. Sometimes late-October and early-July can be somewhat warm (mid-80s during the day), so if heat is of particular concern then late-fall through June are your best bets. We hope this helps!
