this place should be torn down. front office was horrible, especially Miguel. why would you not want to make your customers happy when they're literally the only ones staying there! the carpet was wet, too noisy, no maintenance in done in 20 years!

We stayed one night and our Friends were not able to come up to our rooms after visiting hours. If any of them wanted to come up there was a $16 fee per person and/or for a one time fee for each band was $20

Just spent the weekend at Festival plaza, service was great, location was great, view from room was great. The hotel was a bit raggedy in that paint had faded, linens were old - I really wanted to give this place 4 stars but the property condition was a bit run down. Overall I would go back there and staff were...

Beds were very uncomfortable. An ac would be a lot better since the window opens up but the music is too loud and won't let you sleep if you call it a night early. The beds are very hard and you will have a hard time sleeping..

Make sure you don't have any extra people staying with you they count every person for your room and security will track you down if you don't have a wrist band to sleep in that room. We learned the hard way they won't even let you pay extra to add an extra person.

Came here because of our previous experience, good room ceiling fan little squeaky, not a bad experience but saturday the night clubs were pretty loud and we needed to keep the window open to let cool air into room " no A/C".

No air conditioning , we left the window open and my family and I end up with a thousand and one mosquito bites, which cause us to go to the doctor and get medication. never will stay in this hotel. not recommended

We stayed in the hotel with friends and even though it was a pretty good deal I wish I would have paid a bit more and had time to rest instead of staying at Festival plaza. Pluses: good quality shampoo and soap, TV, clean sheets and relatively comfortable matresses. Minuses: no A/C, so we had to keep the windows open,...

Hotel room is just barely clean. No air conditioning and the ceiling fan hums and vibrates. It's 3am and the very loud pulsing music is still going strong from the neighboring nightclub. If you plan on being awake all night, then this place is for you!

Clean, basic accommodations with a beautiful ocean view. Staff is excellent. Location is great, except on Saturday night the noise from the local clubs goes on until 4am. But if you like the hot clubs Papas and Beers its right near you. Room is clean but needs a whole lot of updating. Super basic but a great value and roomy....
