I was convinced to come to this hotel for my first trip to Tijauna based on the reviews- and I am very glad I did. This hotel was everything you could ask for- CLEAN, safe, maintained, up to date, comfortable, and most importantly for a very good price. You are walking distance to a supermarket and several bars, although we...

Great service and very nice rooms. If you are a light sleeper it would be best to avoid any rooms facing east since the nightclub next door goes until after 4 am. The location is great and you can walk to almost all the tourist attractions.

Only 4 stars as I did not get to use some hotel amenities. (Spa, fitness, etc). This hotel is amazing!!!! The rooms a clean and comfortable. I could hear the street noise, but I seem to like it. I was surprised at no fridge or microwave, but hey. Wasn't there to eat in my room. :). The Hotel Ticuan is...

Room is very nice and clean. Surprised there is no fridge in room however. English speaking staff extremely professional and helpful. Especially patient with me when I had issues with a computer in the 24 hour Business Center. Paid less than 70 per night online and would have paid upwards of 200 or more in Los Angeles for hotel of...

Very inexpensive with all the amenities that you would expect from a much more expensive hotel. Their beds are very comfortable and they have extra pillows just in case. Because it's so close to night clubs, stores and event venues I highly recommend that you request an inside room. Even though the room with a view we got the second...

The bedding was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff super accommodating and kind, the food delicious! Request to leave credit card open at front desk if you want to order room service. WE had to give our credit card each time we ordered room service.

Expectations were exceeded here about five years ago, so it rates five stars from me. So much within walking distance. Impeccably clean thru out, well-appointed rooms, comfy bed, friendly & close to our primary destination, Washington Dental Clinic around the corner..... Making plans now to revisit both of these stress free facilities. Hotel Ticuan is said to be "earthquake proof",...

Visited Tijuana again and wanted to walk around Ave Revolucion and the vicinity again so stayed where I knew it would be comfortable and clean. This time I was armed with a good pair of ear plugs to drown out Las Pulgas Night Club next door but to my surprise Sunday night was a relatively quiet one. No need for...

While having made numerous day trips to Tijuana for an orphanage visit, this was our first hotel stay - three nights. We were pleasantly surprised by both the friendly and very English proficient staff, the well appointed and clean room, plus the excellent food in the dining room - higher quality than most American hotel chains and charming waiter. In...
