The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The store has anything you forgot or run short on. The nightly rate was fare and they offer a shuttle, Restaurant, and pool. Also in walking distance to the government facilities and mall. House keeping excellent. Food trucks nightly next door. Only negative is that the rooms are outdated and wish the restaurant... More

My wife and I stayed here while waiting for her visa process to complete, the hotel is great for the price. The service at the front desk was exceptional, accommodating even late at night. The hotel is not fancy but it's also cheaper than others in the area. I would definitely stayed here again if I was in the area

We had an appointment at the consulate and this hotel was close by. We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the hotel. The staff was wonderful. They were all very nice and helpful. I liked the fact that the hotel had free breakfast and free transportation to the appointments I had. All we had to pay the taxis was a... More

I booked the hotel cuz of the location to consulado, and there were many good reviews about the breakfast. Well the breakfast was tasty, but bad system. It was a buffet style between 8am to 10am, but I dont know cuz of the size of the restaurant or sunday breakfast rush, we had to wait in the lobby for a... More

Honestly, I chose this hotel because TA had the best reviews of all the others on here! Also, it had a great sale on hotels.com! Truthfully the rooms and bathrooms are really clean! The hotel taxis take you to the dr visits, and American consulate visits free of charge! The hotel is like 2-3 minutes walking distance from the consulate!... More

They have free breakfast, and the restaurant is part of the hotel. The food is good. They treat you very well. They have taxis that take you free to the consulate appointments. They also have washers and dryers if you need to wash your clothes while there. The rooms are clean and they have cable TV.

If you're in Ciudad Juarez for your consular appointment, stay here. The hotel is clean, the staff is cordial and the restaurant is decent. The walk to the Consulate takes five minutes. There are always taxi's available just outside the front door if you need to get to a grocery store or the central bus station. With the stress of... More
