I was impressed by the building as i saw the hotel from outside. The architecture looked Roman. But my experience at this hotel was unpleasant because of unprofessional staff. The staff is rude and does not care about their customers. The rooms are big with two queen beds, tv and a small fridge. The bathrooms are spacious with shower and...

From impeccably decorated rooms, hallways and foyers to a cuisine that little by little has made a name for itself, Mexican chain Quinta Real does not disappoint with its Saltillo, Coahuila property. In the last decade, and especially since its acquisition by Grupo Real Turismo, a subsidiary of Mexican conglomerate Grupo Empresarial Angeles, Hoteles Quinta real have become a National...

Nice clean rooms with an "hacienda" feeling and all services. Rooms are very clean, large and decoration is excellent , it looks classy. Best hotel in town. Staff is friendly and service is definitely of a 5+ star hotel

This is a really nice hotel, but you need to consider it is also too expensive. Services like restaurants costs more than they worth, and it does not have too many services (Gym and pool are too small). If you are visiting Saltillo for business purpose, this is not the best option you may have

For me Quinta Real is the best hotel in Saltillo. Is pretty nice, clean and well located. The service and food are excellent! Employees are always smiling and looking how to give a better service. I actually remember Valeria and Elizabeth in the frontdesk as well as Carlos in the restaurant, they really enjoy their work. Also the gym is...

I have stayed several times at this Quinta Real. The concept of the QR hotel chain is wonderful: Thay strive to make guests feel as if we have stepped back in time to stay at an old Mexican "Hacienda". The rooms are oversized and roomy, the furniture and art work all part of the feel. The chain is well known...

I've stayed here several times over the years with great results. The last few visits, however, prove to me that the property is not being maintained. I'm in Room #122, for instance, where the toilet makes a terrible noise that surely disturbs several other rooms. I just came home - looking forward to jumping in bed as I have an...

This is a luxury hotel located in a very convenient area for business in Saltillo, Mexico. A few minutes away from the airport and the industrial parks. Good food and service at the restaurant. Breakfast options are delicious and represents a unique place for Mexican food. It's located next to Christus Mugerza Hospital and a brand new COSTCO store.

Stayed over one night for a nephew's wedding this weekend. The rooms are very nicely appointed and spacious. I do have a few grievances with the place: 1. the TV remote control is generic, so you can't access the TV's menu to change the audio to SAP so you're stuck with all Spanish all the time. 2. There are no...
