Stayed 2 weeks, kids love the swimming pool and private beach. The rising USD makes everything in Mexico even cheaper. The hotel is very busy with lots of Mexican tourists. Yes it is an older place but still nice, excellent value, good service from the concierge and cleaning staff.

Simply don't risk your money nor your tranquility! It is awful.... Rented for a week, left after two days, it is poorly maintained and staff is only looking for a way to scam you.... It smells really bad, all units are alike and you get different prices in any unit.

Our favorite place to stay when in Mexico and the entire hotel strip is very safe. Stayed for 3 weeks. the kids used the two swimming pools every day. Excellent location, convenient restaurants and stores in lobby, easy walk to public beach (Playa Condesa, when come out, walk left past 2 buildings, look for the Playa Accesso sign) stores and... This hotel has been here forevere, the hotel is old but its acceptable as far as maintenance, all the rooms face the ocean which brings great views but the beach they have is not so good so you have to move to another beach, no problem, lots of beaches to choose from in acapulco. Great prices and staff very friendly,... More

I spent two weeks in December 2013 at Las Torres Gemelas Private Suites, Acapulco and loved it there! I have already reserved two of the private suites for my family when I return to Acapulco with them in February. The room had a very good bed, AC, a kitchenette and the view of the bay from the balcony was fantastic,... More

This is one of my favorite hotels in Acapulco!!!! It may not be the cleanest hotel there is but it has a perfect location and a beautiful view! I own a time share here so I have stayed at this hotel and it's worst and best times over the past 20 years!

This is my third straight year staying in the private suites at Las Torres Gemelas. Acapulco has so much to offer and is the most beautiful bay I have ever visited. We love the view from our balcony and fall asleep every night listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. The service here in Acapulco is next to none.... More

Where to begin... I will start with the good. We stayed in the 3 level Penthouse Suite and the Location was great. The views were beautiful. The lobby was open to the sea's breeze and that was delightful. Too bad that wasn't satisfying enough. Now for the reality... -Outside of the buildings (these are twin towers) look old, faded, and... Dear Jarel, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding our hotel. I am certainly disappointed that your stay was not all that it could have been. I stayed at the "Penthouse Suite" last week with my wife and another couple. We are expatriates who live in northern Mexico City, so we are accustomed to life here in Mexico. Shocked barely describes the reaction to seeing this property. We rented here based on the reviews on Trip Advisor, and I assure you - the photos and comments... More

Right on the beach and in the center of all the action. We were very pleased with our stay here, couldn't of asked for more. Very well furnished and excellent service. It is our little casa away from home.

“I would suggest Fiesta Americana. We received more attention and service walking by this hotel then we received in one week (after repeated calls by us and Hotels.com) at Las Torres Gemales. In preparation for our next trip to Acapulco a staff member at Fiesta Americana showed us their rooms, which were very nice. They sold us on customer service alone. My advise is not to stay at Las Torres! It's about 2 or 3 hotels down next to Starbucks.”
