We stayed for a week at the Mayan Palace with friends this February. Based on all of our travels both inside and outside of the timeshare places, we found this location to be somewhat underwhelming. Much of what we did not like is easily fixable.. and if the changes were made could have a significant positive impact on the guest...

Great vacation I came with my couple and had a great time. We made new friends by the pool and the drinks were great, the joy squad made it even better with the volley ball tequila and activities. The only complain I have is the old people ssh every body. I think that is very unpolite, just because they have...

It is a nice hotel in general. Helpful staff, friendly people. BUT, the room walls and the windows do not block any sound. The person in the room next to mine would make his eggs and wake me up at 6am. The ice machine 3 rooms away would wake me up when it unload the ice. I could even heat...

I was placed in a hotel room facing the city view. I believe I didn't get an ocean view room because I didn't tell them I was a Vidanta member at checkin. Later, when I requested a ocean view room but was told the Mayan (building) resort was full and there wouldn't be any opening. I'm not sure if this...

We booked a week at the Mayan Palace in Mazatlan for the week of Jan 13 through 20, 2017. We booked this stay through our RCI membership with WorldMark. Although we booked a week (RCI only will only book a minimum of a full week here), we stayed four nights because this trip was part of a larger journey through...

A small boutique hotel with a stunning seaside view. The sunsets are amazing to experience from the balcony, pool or at the beach. The staff, especially Pedro, make it special as they service your thirst. The concierge was very helpful for restaurants and excursions.

Although this hotel is part of Vidanta resorts, doesn't have the quality of Mayan Palace, but is located in a good area with not too much people. The swimming pool is small compared with others swimming pools of Mayan Palace. The beach isn't crowd. The hotel is far to the downtown and the principal attractions and activities of Mazatlan.

We stayed at the Mayan Palace last spring and found the hotel beautiful, The beach was good and so was the room. Although the balcony was quite small the patio doors completely opened so it was like being on the balcony while in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the cleaning staff excellent. Although this is a timeshare...

Amazing resort, good restaurants,Walter is the best. He's a beast and a papichullo with all the girls. He has a sample room. The beach is great. We human art at it. The waves r a blast to be in. The pools r cool as well but the small pool is better for the kids.
