There wasnt enough room at the pools but food was great at cilantro. pedro and yovani took great care of us during our whole trip. Vampire drinks were just right. Facilities were clean and staffs was very tentative

I liked it. There’s volleyball. There’s good attention & the pool is nice. Rooms are fine as well. There’s a lot of fun activities. There’s also bingo on the pool area & aquaaerobics & bunch of other stuff.

I’m being generous with my review but I was really impressed. The room was excellent, clean, and spacious. The room also blocked out the outside noise. Very modern and up to date. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The restaurants were ok. I liked the vibe of Cilantro’s. The buffet was on the smaller size but was adequate. One of the perks for this hotel is that you can take an included shuttle to the other all-inclusive resort at Emerald Bay and spend time there and eat there as well. The one thing that I was not really feeling was the crowds. Tons of people at the pools (there are 2). You had to get there early to get a sun lounger. You’d probably want to go there early to swim in peace as well because it always was crowded in the afternoon. The crowdedness could be said of the beach. Tons of people swimming and chilling on the beach. I know that it’s not their fault but the beach had some litter. The beach is swimmable with mostly calm waves. The sand is packed in and firm so it’s easy to walk on. There are tons of activities on the beach like banana boats and zip lines. There are also mariachi bands playing (mostly in the afternoon). It can get very loud out there but I thought it w As fun. All in all, great room and service. Go during the non busy season.…

Amazing experience at resort. I just wish there were more shopping stores local to Resort vs. taking a taxi to local markets. The variety of prices a traveler is provided by taxi service or merchant stores Is such a haggle, very dishonest about prices.

All good until you don’t want to but their shared times, also I paid for a room with a ocean view and didn’t get one, so I had to wait one day for a good room to be available. One of the sales people was very rude and pushy

If you enjoy spending your days at the pool, then this place is pretty decent. Theres pool service and the pool is very warm (which isnt very refreshing when its super hot out). BUT if you are a beach bum and will be spending all day everyday at the beach like us, then watch out. The hotel has about 20 palapas on the beach which they claim to be first come first serve. But in fact they are more often all reserved for “elite and those who reserved them” AND then the hotel claims that palapas are not able to be reserved…? We asked and pushed for us to be able to reserve one and they refused and continued to lie and say that they aren’t able to be reserved. However they have security guarding the “reserved” palapas and they will kick you out if you didnt reserve it. So who knows what the truth is with this place but prepare to fight for a palapa and a spot on the beach here. …

Is a good resort, beach is excellent, very clean and friendly staff, restaurant food is great but it needs more variety you get tired of eating the same thing everyday, the room service fee is ridiculous, tje menus at the restaurants are very confusing with what is in all inclusive and what needs extra pay the pool needs more staff and lots of more lounges and umbrellas
