Myrna might be the best server I have ever had! Ask for her table and treat yourself to a Coconut Ginger Mojito! The Ceviche and Scallops are great too! Highly recommended! I'm ate there two nights in a row with business clients because it was awesome!

We would never come back, even if it were free. I booked this hotel after reading some good reviews but I don't believe they were talking about the same place. Since we entered the hotel the aspect was bad due to the construction, taxi driver dropped us near the front desk but there was no personal there to help us...

I read a lot of review about this hotel on trip adviser before I booked it. They gave us double bed instead of King because no king was available. Room is dark and nasty, really poor quality, no refrigerator and tv didn't work. Door lock for balcony was not working properly. Water pressor was too low and I was forced...

The staff and amenities of this hotel are excellent stayed on the 7th floor with a ocean view room. Very clean comfy beds only inconsistent on coffee and water replacement. Didn't go all inclusive would if we go back due the food prices are expensive in the hotel breakfast for two was around $22. Beach could be kept cleaner by...

This is our third year at Oceano Palace. It is still a good value, great location and, if on ocean side, a fabulous view without the construction noise or band noise from late night restaurant bands. If you choose to stay here pay extra for ocean view room (they have a balcony with a padded bench and only 100 feet...

Amazing view...asked for a sea view and it was awesome...especially the sunset! It caters mainly for Mexicans and although some of the staff speak English, there were many who didn't...which was fine...this is Mexico! The staff were incredibly friendly...our cleaner on the 4th floor, Lupita, was lovely and our room was spotless. The concrete bed was unusual, but apparently this...

Currently staying here. NEVER again!! Loud!!Noisy!! Internet/WiFi disconnects every day, sometimes twice a day-and you have to go to front desk to get yet another little photo copy of a 2x3 piece of paper with log-in info. Caters to locals!! Does not care about Americans or others what so ever. Very rude!! Pool bar is a joke!!No beach service.! Lots...

My husband and I were looking to book a last minute trip for Valentine's Day this year. Being that it was a holiday weekend, it was quite pricey to stay at most Mexican destinations. This trip was the best value I could find, so we booked it! We had never been to Mazatlan, so I figured it would be a...

We had hoped to stay at the Palms resort as we usually do, but after 2 days we had to leave because all the rooms were booked for a conference. We moved north a little and stayed at the Oceano Palace. The room was great, nice ocean view, very strong air conditioner, wifi worked great. My biggest praise goes to...

We booked our vacation package through AARP and chose this hotel because of the photos and price, our mistake was to think previous guests who wrote negative reviews were over reacting. As you enter the hotel property you are directed around a huge construction project, so if you value quiet in a resort avoid the rooms facing the front as...
