Just returned home from a four week vacation at the El Cid El Moro. From the first "welcome home" to departure , this resort offers and delivers the most enjoyable and memorable time one could ever hope to have.. There are nine all inclusive restaurants to choose from and five different breakfast venues.. This includes El Cid Marina, Granada, Castilla...

The service i received at the pool was excellent, Ramon was my waiter, always polite, making sure i was serviced well, made sure i had a table when i arrived. The pool is big enough to accomodate the capacity of this hotel. Enjoyed the bar in the pool area.. this had a kids area so you could watch the children...

This was our fourth time here and feels like a second home. Stayed 3 1/2 weeks at El Moro then moved to the Marina for our last week. We love sitting outside on the patio eating breakfast or lunch with the ocean a stones throw away. Guillermo Garcia and the staff are cheerful and willing to go above and beyond...

This was our 3rd year in a row going to El Moro and once again we have a fantastic experience! On all three occasions we have traveled with our young children and the primary reason we keep returning is because the activities staff are SO amazing! All parents would agree that if the children and having fun - you can...

We spent 12 days at the El Cid and El Moro Beach hotel and I can't wait to go back! The service was amazing, friendly staff that was always available for anything you needed. Our 1 bedroom suite was more than enough room and very homey! We were close to shopping and great restaurants. One of our favorite waiters was...

I cannot say enough about our trip to Mazatlan and the Activities staff at El Moro. Cesar Lizarraga, Cinthya Lbarra, and Aldo Gallagher are best in clas when it comes to entertainment. A big thank you

Travelled there for the second time and brought along more family members. 5 kids in total ranging from 6-10 and 6 adults ( ages secret ;)). The activities staff at the pool once again amazed us with their patience and willingness to keep the kids happy and included in the activities. Cesar, Aldo, Cinthya, Gabriel Darynca, and "Shooby Dooby" are...

The El Cid El Morro hotel is perfectly located with the beach (& two pools) on the one side, & city on the other for those wanting to venture a bit more. Our room was amazing, very clean, with beautiful views, and little touches from the housekeeping staff. Lots of activities available for those interested, both for adults & children,...

As a solo traveler, and with points to use, I selected this resort as a good location for safe travelling in Mexico. This turned out to be a good choice, as guided tours are readily available to allow for venturing out and about. I did not take the all-inclusive option, as I can live much more simply and cost effectively...

Not one complaint. The hotel was very clean and nice. The food was great- from the restaurants to the buffets. There was plenty to choose from and something for everyone. The staff is what truly exceeded any expectations. Our waiter Ismael, was one of a kind and made you feel at home. He continually made us laugh throughout our stay....

“the only issue we had with our were the pillows on bed and the water in the shower going from one extreme to the next(freezing to scalding hot)”

“We had the one bedroom suite on the 16th floor with a balcony opening over the ocean--VERY nice--two bathroom, small kitchen, marble floors. Very sweet ladies who cleaned the room.”

“Great accommodations on the 28th floor - Moro location. Wonderful stone & marble décor - slippery when wet - Kids be careful - don't run indoors :)”

“The floors were not cleaned properly. The kitchen cabinets have a dinge effect although looked clean. There could of been one more kitchen towel in the unit. I would say --even though- we enjoyed the view and definitely the location of the room--it could use an upgrade in decorating. Overall our trip was wonderful....like the folks in Mazatlan; along side the cleanness of the city!! Really enjoyed seeing the downtown restoration work! Bonita Mazatlan!!”
